Muggles

Sky was laying in the grass under the Oak tree in the back of Malfoy Manor with Pansy and Luna. The sun was shining and the temperature was perfect with a cool breeze. Sky couldn't help daydream about the previous night with Draco. Everything was perfect, for now.

Pansy was staring at the flowers that Narcissa had planted. Luna, being Luna, was watching the clouds, deciding on what she thought they looked like. Rayleigh and Sky giggled every time Luna called them a ridiculous creature that her father had told her about growing up. No one had ever seen or heard of these creatures before, but Luna insisted her dad was right.

The guys were out playing quidditch, having a grand time as if nothing was wrong. And to them, minus Mattheo, they didn't know anything was going on. Draco had an odd feeling that there was something that Sky wasn't telling him, but he promised her he wouldn't ask questions nor would he interfere with whatever was going on.

"Sky, you okay over there?" Pansy asked her sister who seemed to be zoned out to the point it was funny.

It took a few moments for it to register to her that Pansy was talking to her, "huh? What'd you say, Pans?"

"I asked if you're okay. You seem pretty zoned out."

A slight smirk gleamed on Sky's lips, "yeah, just thinking about last night."

"Morgana's tit. I don't want to know about your and Malfoy's sex life."

"You've mentioned a few times about your's and Mattheo's relations while you were away," Luna said with no malice behind it.

Away, the word everyone used instead of saying kidnapped or hidden. Although there are days Sky wants to hex Mattheo for kidnapping her twin sister, she knew that he was only doing what Sky and Pansy's father had told him to. It still hurt but she knew that Pansy is home and safe. In love with Mattheo, but he loves her too.

Tom on the other hand is a whole different story. He betrayed all of them; especially Sky. The person who was her best friend through everything, was never truly her friend at all. Instead he used and manipulated her and that he is working closely with her father who is the reason Pansy was kidnapped in the first place. The reason that her mother went into hiding and left her alone to figure things out alone.

"Can I ask you something?"

Pansy looked over at Sky, "of course. You're my sister. You can ask me anything."

She took a deep breath and worried about how Pansy and Luna would take the question or if they would think she's completely mental. "Have you ever wondered what life would be like if we were muggles?"

Silence. That's what filled the room. Both Luna and Pansy, especially Pansy looked at Sky like she had three heads at that question. Never had Pansy ever thought that her twin sister would ask a question like that. Neither of the girls responded for five minutes trying to process what was asked; trying to make sure they weren't imagining that question.

After another two minutes, Pansy finally spoke up, "Sky, why would you even ask a question that damn absurd?"

"Seriously, Pans? With everything that has happened within the past year, you have never wondered what life would be like if we were muggles? No magic, no wizarding war, no dad having you kidnapped."

Pansy sighed, "I've never thought about it. I was too busy being betrayed by Tom and thinking that Mattheo was going to kill me, until I was too busy screwing Mattheo. Muggles don't have the privileges we have."

Sky went silent. She didn't even consider what Pansy thought of or was doing while she was missing. She felt like the worst sister in the world at that moment. How could she have forgotten everything that Pansy went through. How could she be so selfish in the question she asked. Of course Pansy never thought about it. All Pansy could think about is Mattheo playing her just to get her to trust him and then kill her or how could Tom betray her after so many years of friendship.
