You had known that Honey and Tadashi had feelings for each other long before either admitted it. You and Hiro had placed bets as to how long it would be before they confessed to each other. You had bet sooner and Hiro had bet later. Needless to say, you won.

You usually hung around Hiro, having become close friends quickly after first meeting. You were so similar that you often joked about being long lost twins.

After years of friendship you had developed deeper feelings for Hiro but he never seemed to notice. You were close friends and you felt as if that was all Hiro wanted you to be. Therefore, you felt the excitement when Tadashi and Honey became a couple. It was as if they were living the couple life for you while you simply stayed friends with Hiro.

That was all before the fire. Everyone was hit hard by Tadashi's death, but none were hit as hard as Honey. She became a recluse, rarely answering her phone or talking to anyone. You had tried several times but she never even acknowledged you.

About a week after the SFIT fire you got an urgent phone call from Hiro. "I need you to come help. Honey is on a bridge ready to jump. She isn't listening to anyone!" He was obviously panicked.

"I'm coming. Which bridge?"

~oOo~

You were soon at the bridge. You saw Honey standing on the edge of the stone railing, preparing herself to jump. Behind her stood Wasabi, Fred, Hiro, Baymax, who was in his battle armor, and Go Go.

"Honey please come down. Let's talk about this." You said as you calmly approached her.

"No, you don't understand. You've never lost someone you loved so much." You could hear her sobbing as she spoke.

"We all cared about Tadashi but he's gone and nothing is going to bring him back." You stopped suddenly as you spotted a lone figure walking down the bridge. You stood stunned simply able to point so that the others could see.

"Oh my god." Wasabi said as his jaw dropped.

Hiro placed a hand on Honeys arm as a joyful tear ran down his face. "You may want to look at this."

She carefully turned and saw the man. He was closer now so there was no mistaking him. It was definitely Tadashi.

"Please come down. I'm here now." His voice cut through the air. She quickly got off the railing and jumped into his arms with tears still streaming down her face.

"I thought you were dead!"

"I got out just in time." He smiled hugging her closer. "I would never leave you alone."

Suddenly they were embraced by several more pairs of arms. "Group hug!" Fred yelled. Soon everyone was hugging and smiling on the bridge. The few people who passed gave you all weird looks but you didn't care. You had Tadashi back.

"(Y/n)?" You turned at the sound of Hiro's voice. "I have a question for you. I've noticed that you've been acting odd around me, even before Tadashi's disappearance."

You blushed realizing that he had noticed. Baymax, who had been silent until this moment spoke up. "Scans indicate elevated heart rate..."

You jumped at him. "Shut up. We don't need you to scan me." He stepped to the side causing you to get dangerously close to the railing. Unable to get your footing, you slipped over the edge.

"(Y/n)!" You heard above you. Below, you could see the icy waters, ready to swallow you up. With a splash you sunk into the churning waters. Bobbing to the surface you were able to snag a breath full of air before being pulled back under.

You struggled to make your way back to the surface. Soon, your lungs were burning and you felt the darkness pulling you deeper.

Suddenly you felt a big metal hand pull you out of the water. You gasped for air and filled your lungs.

~oOo~

After Baymax and Hiro saved you, the others surrounded you and kept asking if you were okay. Once you had assured them that you really were okay Hiro offered to walk you to the Lucky Cat Cafe.

You shivered and Hiro instantly offered you his jacket. "Thanks." You smiled as you slid it on. You felt instantly warmer.

"You never answered me before you fell." You blushed again.

"Over time, I've developed... feelings for you." You looked away and stared at the ground as your face burned.

He stopped and turned to you. "It's okay (y/n). I feel the same way." You turned to him quickly.

"Really? I thought you only wanted to be friends."

"Were did you get that idea?"

"Well I dropped subtle hints and you never said a thing to me so I assumed."

He smiled. I was trying to work up the courage to talk to you. I noticed but was trying to figure out how to ask you."

He hugged you close. You returned the hug and breathed in his scent, letting it sweep through you. Sure of yourself, you kissed him gently before pulling away.

"Sorry, I've wanted to do that for a while now." You shivered again.

"It's okay. I've wanted to do that too. We need to get you into dry clothes and warm you up. Let's hurry."

Together, you raced for the warmth of the Lucky Cat Café. Together, you were sure that you could do anything.
