Shay's POV

Me and Abby were now on our third round of 'Just Dance' when I suddenly got a flash of inspiration to go on a walk, I also got a text from Holly saying the boys were coming over. Not wanting to risk seeing Calum I told Abby I needed some air before quickly riding away on my bike. I thought it was the perfect escape plan, up until Bethany and Holly drove past with the boys (including Calum) hot on their tale. Covering my face with the hood of my jumper I rode faster, before stopping at the edge of the woods.

The wood was the place I went to write songs, here or the beach but right now it was to dark to go surfing. So the woods would be my escape for tonight, my escape from reality, Calum and my friends.

Abby's POV

Shay had just left the house with the lame excuse of needing fresh air. Me and the girls knew their was something up with Shay at the moment but we didn't know what. Neither her nor Calum had told us or the boys what happened between them but sense that night Shay has been spending most of her time wagging school and hanging out with that Ian guy. We had heard rumours about him and he was trouble. Shay could and has handled a lot of things in her life but if that fuck-tard even makes her eyes water I will beat the shit out of him.
"Hey where home!" Holly yelled excitedly as she walked into the house followed by a giggling Ashton and a blushing Luke, my Luke.
"Hey, meet you in the lounge room I'll get some water!" I yelled back, before winking at like and scurrying into the kitchen. As I predicted Luke followed wrapping his muscular arms around my waste and nuzzling his face into my neck. I could feel his cold lip ring against my neck and his tall awkward frame surrounding me.
Me and Luke didn't talk for the first week or two of meeting probably because he's a shy penguin and I'm a crazed fan girl that couldn't make words around him.

"Hello my Queen" he whispered sweetly into my ear, using my nickname .

"Hello my Penguin" I whispered back.

"Use protection!" Holly yelled from the lounge, causing us to instantly break apart and scurrying into the lounge room.

"forget something?" Bethany asked with a knowing smirk, these girls need to calm their hormones.

"get your own bloody water" I reply, snarkily.

Calum's POV

I watched knowingly as Luke obediently followed Abby into the kitchen. Some times I look at the relationship that Abby, Luke, Ashton, Holly and Michael and Bethany have and feel envious. I know I don't want a boring all lovey-dovey relationship if a relationship at all, but the way they are just content with being near each other. 

We had been watching movies and devouring pizza for the last couple of hours. Most of us were drunk, not on alcohol but you know when you get really silly and out of it just form being with your friends, yeah that kinda drunk. Right now me and Ashton were dancing on Abby's kitchen table, singing to Rhianna's 'Diamonds' song, lets just say we don't get paid for singing like this.

Holly phone started blaring the tune to 'My first kiss' but we didn't notice it until Luke drunkenly started singing along to it. Shay photo had appeared on the screen and Luke picked up before anybody could stop him.

"Ssshhhaaayy!" He yelled into the phone, a large smile on his face that quickly disappeared when the other line spoke. We couldn't understand what Shay was saying but whatever it was it sobered Luke up quick smart.

"Give that to me, Shay?" Abby said snatching her phone back, a annoyed look on her face.

"Hows the fresh air?" Abby asked sarcastically, her sweet exterior gone in seconds. Bethany and Holly's faces had gone neutral when they heard Shay's name. What had gone on between them and the rest of the girl?
