You know, I noticed something. Like, a habit or something?? Not exactly a habit, but I just do it.
Whenever I'm sad or very anxious or something along those lines, I tend to do some things. I'd rock back and forth, yeah so not crazy!! Or I'd bounce my leg or foot around. You know what I mean?? I don't know why, maybe to distract myself from my thoughts, and ground me?? I don't know when I developed this, but I did, and I can't stop it.
Idk, it's just something I noticed. And sometimes I don't even know I'm doing it! I just do it. And it doesn't really even help that much?? Well, I guess it kind of does, idk.
