"All the top criminal teams, including Team Rocket, Team Plasma, Team Magma, and Team Aqua have gathered here to discuss their failure every time they tried to capture a single legendary Pokemon." Giovanni announced, stroking his Persian's fur.

"We all know that, boss... " James said in confusion.

"I was saying it again, so that fools like you won't interfere in between the meeting!" Giovanni growled, standing up from his seat and glaring at James.

"Don't say anything like that, James!" Jessie whispered rashly in his ear.

"Yeah, we better keep our mouths shut!" Meowth whispered into his other ear, having to climb onto the table to reach it.

"So, every time we try capturing a powerful Pokémon, someone, somehow always interrupts us!" Giovanni ranted, "Our failure is not for us to suffer, but for us to learn from it! My Team Rocket has done some research regarding why we always fail. Butch, Casadie, will you show it to all of us?" Asked Giovanni.

"Here come the two creepy members of Team Rocket again." Jessie scoffed in jealousy.

"Calm down, Jessie! They're our seniors! " James yelled, trying to explain Jessie.

"Shut up, you two. Do you want to get thrown away?" The Team Aqua Admin said from across the table.

"And so, we conclude that it's the Pokemon trainers who always stop us." Butch finished.

"So, what you mean is, we need to clear up the Pokemon trainers first to go any further?" Asked Team Plasma's Admin, getting up from the large centre table.

"How are we gonna do that?? There are thousands of trainers across Kalos, and everywhere else in the world! It seems impossible to me!" Team Magma's leader screamed, banging the table beneath hands.

"But if we all work together, then it can be done, easy as pie. Then we can head towards the big prize. Xerneas." Giovanni said with a big smile on his face.

Everybody then grew a large grin on their faces. All of them wanted to have the prize, but suddenly, someone spoke up.

"Which team will get to capture the legendary Pokemon?"

"No worries. We can generate many more of it with our new 'DNA COPIER & CREATER'. Now all we have to do is wrap up all the road spikes-I mean the trainers." Giovanni spoke while continuously stroking under Persian's chin.

"I never knew Team Rocket owned a machine like that.." Observed Mewoth with a lower voice, so that only Jessie and James could hear.

"Ssshh... Can't you see our boss is trying to trick the other teams?!" James said in a smarty know it all tone.

Soon, the assembly finished and everyone headed back to their bases to build up squads to scare away the Pokemon trainers.

They all had planned and argued for the proposal by Giovanni, unknowingly that they were to be tricked.

All away from this, Jessie, James and meowth were having a different chat.

"And so, when we will find those twerps anywhere we will let them have the humans. While we steal Pikachu to hand it over to the boss!" James squealed, getting slightly overexcited.

"And this will surely lead us to a promotion!" Meowth added, jumping up in his seat.

"And then we will show that Cassidy who we are!!" Jessie said, with flames in her eyes.

"Uhh.. enough with Butch and Cassidy for today..." Meowth and James sweatdropped.
