Chapter 20: A conspiracy getting in action!

Miette's pov

"Ash you......" an unknown voice interrupted our lovely moment. The moment for which I was waiting for years was now true. This interrupt ruined it all, but still ash is mine, only mine.

I turned around to see and it was a girl but not Serena. She has orange hair poking outside from her right side. She wears an armless yellow top with hood and blue pants. She has red Sneakers And a white-pink belt which gave her a different look. (Checkout the pic above)

Her face had the surprised expression. I was angry and ash was scared as if that girl has a gun in her hand where she had nothing other than a flash light.

"Misty.......you here?" Ash finally said something. Looks like he knows this girl. Is she his past girlfriend or something?

"Ash! You never told me that you have got yourself a girlfriend! Nice to meet you and sorry for interrupting in between." Said the girl named misty.

"It's alright and nice to meet you too the name is miette." I replied with a fake smile. It wasn't alright she just ruined our priceless moment.

"I am misty, the cereulian gym leader from kanto region. I was Ash's companion when we journeyed across kanto." Misty said.

Ash was speechless. Is she really his girlfriend? I hope no.

Ash's pov

Why is misty here in kalos I hope not for that reason. Please! Anything but not that!

"But misty, what bought you here to kalos?" I asked. I truly don't want to see her again, especially in front of miette who is now my girlfriend.

"I hope you understand, ash. I was here for......." She lowered her head while speaking but stopped in between. Looks like she is disappointed with me getting a girlfriend.

"For...?" I asked hoping it's not what I think it is.

"For.......for.........for a break! Yes, a break. I was tired with the gym so I thought I should take a break and here I am!" She lifted her head and said quickly indicating that she wasn't saying the truth. I gulped in my saliva thinking about that specific reason that was running in my mind.

"But what are you doing this late night?" I asked again.

"I was sleeping just behind this tree but all your making out noise disturbed my beautiful sleep." She replied narrowing her eyes. It was very embarrassing moment.

"Well it's late night, better if we talk tomorrow." Miette suggested to which we all agreed.

We went back to our tents. Misty's tent was really just behind that tree. It was a different feeling being with miette in that way. Was it love? Who knows.

I slipped into my tent and tried to sleep because tomorrow we had to continue our journey. In a few minutes I heard a whisper asking me.

"Hey ash baby, it's kind of scary here May I sleep in with you?" It was miette, peeping into my tent.

"Sure why not." I replied to my girlfriend and she entered and slept beside me. She kept her head on my chest and her hand was holding me tight.

"Ash baby!" She whispered again.

"What?"

"A goodnight kissy???"
