CH 9: No risk for love

Serena's pov
"Bonnie!!" Miette yelled at the little girl.

"Yes. And I am not taking back my words!!"Bonnie replied laughably.

"Calm down, miette. You don't need to shout on that little girl. You just need to say a yes to Gary." I replied with a smirk that no one noticed. I wanted Gary to do it. And actually they made a good match.

"Well miette, looks like luck has bought you to the hottest guy alive. I mean I allow you to date me." Gary said in somewhat happy tone.

"Ah...."

"I take it as a yes" Gary seemed happy with what was going on. And me? Well, happiest among all. What could be better than miette out of the competition for me to win ash? My heart was jumping in joy.

"Seeena......"

"Woh...What happened?" I asked because they called out my name so loudly that it scared me.

"Ash called you a million times. Why didn't respond?" Bonnie scolded and I noticed that I was lost in my thought.

"Oh.....I am sorry. Yes I am ready" I was ready for the game as it was now my turn

I wanted to dare ash to ask me out but it would be embarrassing so I asked korrina to which she accepted to dare.

"Ask Clemont for a date." I said to which Bonnie shouted "Oh Serena you are so nice. And korrina don't reject the offer"

"Please Bonnie, stop!" Clemont shouted.

"Well I will surely like to spend time with you, Clemont" korrina said the surprising thing to which everyone was amazed.

"You what?" Clemont was speechless.

Korrina didn't replied to which I was sure that she was blushing the same way that I blush. Well, darkness hides it all.

"A great respect to match maker Bonnie" Gary seemed impressed with Bonnie's actions.

"We better sleep now. It's quiet late night" ash suggested interrupting in between the game.

"Oh ash, you are such a party pooper" Gary said willing to carry on the game.

"No he is right, and by the way I was feeling sleepy" I lied willing the game to stop because I knew it was me and ash left unpaired as a couple.

"Goodnight everyone!" Ash went to sleep followed by bonnie, clemont, korrina, gary, miette.

"Goodnight ash. I hope you get a lovely dream" miette said which made me jump in anger. Someone please lend me a bus, I will surley throw it at her!

"Go miette. Go sleep and find a way to get out so you could date Gary. I am sure he will let you be in full pleasure." I said to miette.

"What do you mean!!!" Miette yelled really loud, almost shaking the whole aircraft.

"She is right, miette. I will.....for sure....." Gary said in between leaving miette speechless.

After a while I was able here ash's soft snoring. He appeared cute in the moonlight even when sleeping. I could say he is worried for pikachu, and not only he but all of us were worried for our pokemon.

Ash is so adorable. I loved the way he smiles which always makes me feel warm. He is really special for me.

I opened my eyes slowly as a little amount of light was generated in the morning by the rising Sun. Every one was sleeping. And as a surprise, miette appeared to be blushing in her dream. Oh please, I hope she is not dreaming of ash or I will surely throw a bus at her. Can I?

"Yeah buddy. I knew you are not gonna give up"
The soft, self muttered sound caught my attention. I turned around and figured out that ash was up now and peeping out of the window. And the more surprising thing was he was up without pikachu's thunder.

"Morning ash"

"Oh hey Serena. We are about to land on some kind of island. And, someone is coming to rescue us out." He seems excited to see someone approaching us for help. Wait, did pikachU succeeded in getting help for us?

A large shake was felt which woke everyone. It felt like the aircraft was struck by a large hammer. Emergency siren started making noise. We were falling down and a large growl was heard.

"Chhhhaaaarrrrr........."

"yeah" ash was now getting heated up.

Suddenly the roof of the chamber was tore up and a large dragon like pokemon with large wings appeared with a pikachu on shoulder.

"Charizard, I am glad to see you. Use flame thrower to melt these cage bars." Ash commanded. Does that mean this is ash's pokemon?

The charizard did as commanded. And then pikachu jumped from his shoulder and got hugged by ash. They surly share a deep bond. Their friendship is just unbreakable. Even after being alone they had trust on each other. Ash is really great and thats why I love him that much.

"Emergency engine on"

A robotic voice said which slowed down the falling speed and we eventually hit the ground softly.

I saw charizard handing over a bag to ash. I wonder what is in that.

"Oh cool. Thats awesome charizard"ash said

"Charizard, use flame thrower on the wall and make a way out of here."

"Chhhaaarrrr......"

A hole was made through which all trapped trainers escaped except me and ash.

"Go Serena. Go."

"What about you? Aren't you coming?"

"No." He replied flatly and continued "they captured me and seprated me from pikachu and my other pokemons. Also the most hurting thing is they tried to harm you. They are gonna pay for this."

I was shocked with what ash just said. He cared for me. And now I love him even more. I Just couldn't resist anymore. I stepped towards him and put my arm around his neck and planted a kiss on his lips. I felt him to be returning the kiss. It lasted for about 20 second.

Ash pulled away gentally and said "I love you" I felt like my heart stopped. I replied in joy "I love you too"

"Now please Serena, go!"

"I can't let you be alone out there. It's dangerous." I said in worry.

"That's why You have to go"

"Do you remember ash, what you said that day, you said-- No need to ask Serena, you can always come with me anywhere you want in this world." I replied to which he was stunned. Ash was asking me to leave. This was a attaking my heart with a dagger. I wanted to stay with him.

But then, his words acted before I could understand "Charizard, go drop her somewhere safe!"

Well guys,

Sorry for publishing the chapter after a long time. I had my school work to do.

So, the great charizard is here and they are rescuing everyone but wait, thats not all. Much more adventure and drama is up ahead. So stay tuned.

(Well, yes. I like charizard the most)
