I don't know whether to back away or slap him, or anything else because my mind is blank. I can't think of anything because it's super cold outside, and Jack Frost himself just kissed me. The legend himself. And I counted the seconds that the kiss lasted. I think it was a whole minute. How am I supposed to react to something like that?

He finally pulled away, and when his eyes opened, I couldn't read his expression. Some was forgiveness, some was passion, some could've been anger, maybe confusion. Or maybe that was me. I was starting to dislike the North Pole.

"Well, now that my wish is over with." He smirked, and I finally gained the strength to push myself away from him.

"What the Hell, Jack!?" I shrieked, standing up, but felt my foot slip from under me, and I was back on the floor of the roof. "Why would you do something like that!?"

"Well, most people don't even see me." He stated, wrapping his arm around my shoulder, which I shoved off. "And you- you're a very pretty girl."

"I literally told you I have a boyfriend and you just- ugh!" I groan in disgust, wrapping my arms around my legs. "You're lucky Aaron isn't here."

"Why? I could take him easily." He leans in, his cold breath against my ear, and I can't win with this. I'm freezing, and I'll probably die up here. "Just tell me where the sucker is, and he'll be getting temperatures in the negative hundreds."

"No!" I shriek, and on instinct, I just push him off the roof, but that didn't do anything. He just came flying back.

"Oh, silly Marie." He laughs, and I feel my skin heat up, which is good, because I was about to turn into an icicle. "All I have to do is ask my uncle-"

His voice was cut off when my hands found my way around his neck, slamming him on the roof. Sure, I was on top of him, but with my nails digging into his skin- he learned I was romantically into him. He choked out breaths, but no words were made out.

"You stay the Hell away from Aaron." I growl, wanting to see his eyes pop out of his skull. "Or I will unleash Hell upon you in every way that will kill you."

He doesn't take me seriously, because he's laughing. "I'd like to see you try."

My eyes widen, and I watch my arms and hands turn red, but I don't even care. He knows I'm a devil, and he knows I have family in very high places. How he would even try to do that makes me even more furious. And by this time, my skin is a dark, evil red, and my skin feels like it's about to burn off.

"Would you stop it!?" He screams, throwing me off of him, but I was more focused on my hands that were now flaming. Literally, there were flames of fire sparking from my hands, reaching for the sky and even melting nearby snow. I've only seen Daddy do this a couple times, and my sisters never learned it. They never had to.

But my hands were on fire.

I saw Jack floating in the sky, rubbing his cold hands over his neck, that had dark imprints of my hands. "See what you did!?" He throws at me, and I shrug.

"Don't go threatening to kill my boyfriend, and maybe you wouldn't have made me do that." I reply lowly, but tears still pricked to my eyes at the thought of losing him. "Now I never want you to say anything like that again."

He gives me a glare, but doesn't say anything.

"I mean it." I growl, stepping towards him, and he flies out of my reach. "Say it!"

"Fine!" He exclaims in defeat, raising his arms. "I won't go killing your boyfriend."

I take a second to consider if that was really sincere or not. But then again, it was Jack Frost. "Good." I growl, finding a way to douse the flame from my hands, stepping close to the roof, and finding the window that we soared out of. I latched onto the side and swung myself through, landing on the carpet, which was anything but a smooth landing. The startled elves ran off to whatever they were doing, but the first thing I wanted to do was take a nice, hot shower, or find a fireplace to curl up next to and fall asleep.
