Something stopped me from moving to the front of the crowd though. Nobody here knew I was once a devil, and now I see my own family stroll into the room in their Sunday best, and the look on God's face was not impressed. But why was my family here? Oh right… me.

"Look, God, we're not looking for any trouble." Daddy, who is Satan, told him as he put a hand on his shoulder once he was on the stage. "We're not gonna crash the party or anything. I just came to see my daughter."

"That's not true and we both know that." God shot back at him, shaking his hand from his shoulder. That sent everyone in whispers, gossiping like stupid teenagers. I wiped a couple tears from my eyes as I headed to the back of the room where he hopefully couldn't see me.

"Sis? Where are you?" I heard Maximum call for me, but I kept silent. I hated attention, or at least this kind.

"You're not going to find her." God stated, making the devil group all turn and face him slowly. "She's gone."

I whimpered quietly in the back, because let's face it, Daddy would do anything for my sisters and I. Daddy erupted after that, pushing him against the back wall with his hands forced against his shoulders. "Where is she!?" His voice boomed through the room, making some angels scream and run. "Where the Hell is my daughter!?"

"Gone!" He shot back at him, sending him flying across the room and onto the floor. "And with the way you're acting, you'll never see her again."

"Liar!" Daddy screamed, launching red lightning strikes from his hands as God launched his bright yellow ones. "Give me my damn daughter back!"

Once the lightning struck, everyone was sent fleeing but me. God's lightning was getting stronger, and once people were almost gone, I had to get involved.

"Daddy!" I cried, running over to him as my sisters turned towards me, their jaws dropping. "I'm here! Stop!"

His hands dropped at my voice, sending him, yet again, flying backwards and slamming into a wall. I gave one whimpering look at God before I was running over to him, but just like that, I run into another wall. I shake my head and I find myself back… in my room.

"No!" I screamed, throwing the door open and racing back to where the party was being held. How dare he even do that to me! They were here, I might as well could've seen them.

I slammed the doors to the room open, and it was dead silent with no bodies. I felt my eyes begin to burn as I stepped forward, looking around the emptiness. They were just here! They were just… here…

"Where are you, God!?" I lashed out to the room, grabbing my halo and throwing it on the ground. "Where are you, huh!? Where'd you take my family!?"

"Calm down, Marie." I heard his voice from behind me, and with a turn and a wall of thick, white smoke, he was there. "I just saved you from being found."

"They were my family! I could've seen them!" I cried, still feeling their presence here as I saw them for only mere seconds. "They were just here…"

"Yes, and I also told them not to crash anymore parties or there would be consequences." He stated, clenching his hands into fists. "Why can't you devils ever learn?"

"Because us devils take family very seriously." I shot back at him. "I hate you."

"So do many other people." He replied, crossing his arms.

Something inside of me snapped as I burst into tears with my arms and hands flailing randomly. "Why do you have to be so heartless! They're my family! You see yours all the time! Why can't I see mine!?" I cried more and more because I could feel my family slipping from me. "It's because I'm a devil, isn't it!? It's because you hate our entire race!"
