Entry way to Lanayru

Narrator's P.O.V
The elderly woman gave Amber and the gang a map to the gate holding the swords. First they have to go through Faron Woods to a place called Lanayru Desert. Hopefully they'll make it before something bad happens.

Dante's P.O.V
Leo and Amber have found forsaken items and now we're all lost inside a forest. I'm hoping we find our parents soon. There's nothing but cherry blossom trees and rivers. "Okay it says if we go here and take a right we should arrive here at Faron woods." Amber said as she is navigating. It took a very long time to get to Faron woods. We saw all kinds of strange creatures, and there are so many planets in the sky. One of the planets have what seems to be twenty moons floating around it. "Well now we're here at the entrance to Faron woods." Amber said nervously. We all stood at the entrance talking about what we had for protection. Link had a bow and arrow, so does Zelda, Leo, Dylan, and I. Cassandra, Lexi, and Mariah carry two long and curvy daggers. And Amber on the other hand is apparently an imageen. While we all discussed what we had for weapons, we heard a weird sound of something growling at us. "What in the world was that?!" Cassandra said screeching. The strange sound appeared once more. I search everywhere to see what was going on, but didn't see a thing. "We'll uh... maybe we should go and not wait for whatever that thing is." Dylan says ready for evacuation.

We started walking inside the gate and it opened up a force field. "Welcome inside my lairrr..." a strange voiced shouted. The force field closed behind us and so did the gate. The gate closed with hard steel metal rods crossing over it also. "What the heck is this?!" Mariah yelled. "What are you?! Come out right now!" Amber yelled getting ready for battle. The creature laughed and revealed himself. He was a huge snowy white cat with a long fluffy gray tail. His ears were floppy like guinea pig's ears, and had huge red eyes along with two rows of sharp teeth. "Oh...my...gosh..." Zelda says slowly taking out her bow and arrows. The huge beast noticed she was getting ready to attack, so he let out a huge growl! "Wow, that was loud!" cried Link. We took out our weapons and he stood there staring at us fiercely. Above us were platforms to jump on, so Link, Zelda, Leo, Dylan and I jump at the top of the platforms, and Mariah, Cassandra, Lexi, stood on nearby platforms with ropes on them, so they could lower themselves down to the beast. Amber, stood at the bottom because she could imagine every weapon she could think of.

The monster had something up his sleeve, he drew six tendrils from his back and each one had green and golden eyes. "Ookay now that's just wrong!" I said almost puking. The monster charged at Amber since she's closest and tried to attack her with one of the tendrils, but Zelda shot one of her arrows and destroyed it. The monster jumped back in pain letting loose his shard hiding in his back. Cassandra, Mariah and Lexi dropped down and hit it with their daggers. The beast yelled and drew his tendrils again, this time only five were drawn out because the sixth tendril was damaged. We kept keeping up in pattern until the beast had enough. This was the last shot for his defeat, instead of him drawing tendrils he decided to combine them all forming one huge tendril with a hammer. This was our last shot. We had to come up with a game plan and fast. Then Amber decided she was going to form one as well, so she imagined a gigantic arm that held a sword for her weapon and struck the cat's hammer. They fought back and fourth until Amber managed to knock the hammer out of his hand and struck the beast until the shard appeared one last time. We all gathered at the top of his back and struck the shard all together. The beast gave his last growl and turned into dust.

It felt really good that we were able to defeat a monster on the first try, but there might be more out there somewhere... I can feel it. "Alright since we were rudely interrupted, where do we go now?" Lexi asked Amber. Amber pulled the map out and started reading "We must travel through the taverns and through caves and this temple to get to Lanayru  Desert." "Alright then let's get back on track shall we?" said Link putting away his bow. We all started getting back on track and heading towards the taverns. Luckily we'll get through it quickly. which I know we won't...
