Chapter 11

" I can't believe we've finally finished the finals. So a month left to graduation. And two weeks before MY BIRTHDAY. I'm gonna have a big party so make sure you come. Btw, it's black and white formal."

" Ok...ok Chels. But I don't have anything fancy."

" Don't worry, we'll go shopping and besides you have to come to my place early so that I can apply you make-up, tomboy."

" Oh...ok."

Appearing behind Chels was Tristan. He leaned towards her and she started blushing.

" Hey Chels. Are you ready to go?"

" Where?"

" GOOOOAAAAL!"

"There..."

He pointed towards the gym where the basketball game was occurring.

" Yeah. So are you going or what."

Brandon held my shoulder.

" Damn. You almost gave me a heart attack. Yes we're going."

" Just save us some seats." Chels said.

The two left us alone at the hallway. But before Tristan left, he gave a Chels a small peck on the cheek. I had turned to avoid more awkwardness. It was Friday. Finals was done and now the finals in basketball had started.

" You're really lucky to have such a good boyfriend."

"Really.."

Chelsea's face turned a darker shade of red. I really wonder how the two found each other.

" Let's go." She commented.

As I followed her, I couldn't help being forlorn. I had always wished to have such a relationship with someone special. I shook my head and heard thunder roaring. I felt a bad omen as I entered to see the game between our school team, Scorpions vs Thunder, the rivals.

Two pairs of eyes watched her enter the gym. One was near the main door, where behind him a heavy storm was brewing while the other was in one of the classes. One was filled with anger and hurt. While the other was filled with interest and wickedness.
