Sublime poses,

Hands manoeuvring

Through silhouette of my meaning,

Lights fleeing though the lenses,

Capturing my heart in the masquerade.

I smile,

Remembering your touch,

Feeling your breath under mine,

And the words which said,

I was the most beautiful.

I pout,

Throat swallowing the indulgence,

From the memory.

Indulgence in you, your soul,

Bathing in the warmth of your being.

I look distantly,

Somewhere far from the photographer,

Missing your eyes quavering upon my skin,

Missing your love and your words.

Missing your smile upon me,

Missing being the beautiful me.

The flash goes off,

And that's my cue,

Surrendering my stances,

To the past in my memories,

The images of our love,

The images of us.
