Tulog pa rin si Ron, pagod sya sa mga nangyari sa'min nung gabi. I smiled as I look upon him sleeping peacefully on my bed. Napailing ako at napangiti, 'di makapaniwala na we were finally together.

Ako na ang tumapos ng mga niluluto nya bago ako natulog nung gabi. Hindi na namin nasalubong ang bagong taon dahil sa pagod.

I've never been happier than at that moment. Walang titibag sa sayang 'to. It was the most delicious high ever. Ni hindi ko magawang matakot sa bukas sa sayang nararamdaman ko. Anything can happen lalo na't magkasama kami. Anything's possible.

"Hey Baby wake up, Happy New Year!" bati ko sa tulog pa ring sya. Pinatungan ko sya and planted small kisses on his face. He smiled as he woke.

"That's the bestest way to wake up. Good morning sexy," he said back, supporting me with his hands on my waist. "Breakfast?"

"Naku sobrang dami. Hindi kasi tayo nakakain kagabi," sabi ko.

"I don't mean food," sabi nya at nagtaas baba ng mga kilay naughtily.

Hinampas ko sya. "Be serious. We need to eat a lot kasi an dami nating niluto. Otherwise, masasayang."

Umupo sya, me still on top of him, and savored my neck then hugged me. "Kaya nga kailangan nating mapagod para makakain tayo ng marami," he whispered.

"Ron papasok pa 'ko. Titingnan ko kung anong nangyari sa mga parties sa restaurants kagabi," sabi ko as he kissed my neck and massaged my breasts.

"Awww... so kailangan mabilis lang tayo?" sabi nya as he slid the straps of my top revealing my bare breasts.

"No, we actually don't have time-," hindi ko na natapos ang mga sinasabi ko sa mga ginawa nya. "Okay then, let's make time," payag ko na feeling what he was doing. I relaxed and gave in.

We were happily in love. Finally. No complications, just love, just how it's supposed to be.

I was feeling guilty na hindi ko pa nakakausap si Chris. I was past him explaining to me. Gusto ko na lang kumustahin sya. I wanted to find out his plans. I wanted to be a friend.

I couldn't stay with Chris. Alam ko from the very beginning na ang mahal ko talaga ay si Ron. I just wanted to be a friend to him now. I wanted to know how he was doing.

I tried Chris again on the phone on our way to West Hollywood. "Tsk," nasabi ko as he still was not answering.

"Why? Sino ba 'yang tinatawagan mo kanina pa?" tanong ni Ron.

"Si Chris. Gusto ko lang syang makausap," sabi ko and dialed him again.

Kumunot ang noo ni Ron. He looked hurt. "Why? Akala ko ba..."

"I just want to properly end things with him Ron. Hindi ko pa sya nakakausap since I knew about his situation. I just want to know how he is," sabi ko.

Hindi naman nag-respond si Ron sa sinabi ko.

Hinatid nya 'ko sa restaurant at umuwi sya to grab some stuff and clothes. He was going to stay with me till he leaves for New York. A month from then, LA would be his home as he had asked to be transferred. May mga kailangan lang talaga syang gawin sa New York before he could fully work in LA plus he still had left some of his stuff there.

Sa office, I started auditing the Accountants' work for 2016. It was good to know our restaurants were doing great.

Naka-receive ako ng email from Erin. Kakapasok lang nung email na yun. It was info on my share in the food truck business in Manila.
