I sat in class reading my book.

My phone buzzes and I glance at it.

'Meet me in the hallway.' Cody.

I turn and look where he was sitting and I don't see him.

"Mam?" I raise my hand. The class turns to me.

"Yes, Mary?" The substitute smiles.

"May I use the restroom?" I ask. She nods. I get up and walk out. I look around the hall way then my butt vibrated. I check my phone.

'Turn around.' Cody.

I turn around and see him near his locker. Leaning against it.

I walk over to him.

"Whats wrong?" I ask. He looks at me.

"Colby's gonna ask you out." He says. I look at him with wide eyes.

"Really?" I ask, holding back my smile. Cody sighs. "Yeah...so what." He shrugs jealous. I hide my smirk.

"When? I cant wait..." I lie and look around. He stares at me.

"Later today...but-are you really gonna say yes...?" He ask nervous. I look at him. He stares at me waiting.

"Cody, of course not...I barely know him that well." I laugh and squish his cheeks together. He rolls his eyes and blushes.

"Awe! You are blushinggg." I smirk. He pushes me away and walks away.

"Wait! I never went pee, so bye bye..." I say as he walks into class. I run into the bathroom and fix my makeup and hair then head back to class.

LUNCH

Jen and me were eating our food, Ally was texting someone then Joey and Cory came.

"Hey! Did you hear whats going on..." Cory ask me. I look behind me then back at him. "No.what?" I ask. He gasp.

"Cody finally got a college." He smiles. I look at him wide eyes mouth open.

"Oh, I thought you like knew...I guess not." He laughs. I look at my food still with a gap between my lips.

"Where?" I ask staring at my food.

"Indiana, Notre Dame." Joey says. I nod slowly.

"When is he-he leaving?" I look up at Joey. Joey sighs and frowns.

"He is going on a trip there this weekend...then after this year he heads out." He says. I nod. I look at Jen who eats slowly listening. Ally stared at me shyly.

"Uh-wow..." I gulp. Joey sighs.

"Mary...its okay...don't worry, he will defiantly miss us." Cory says. I nod and look around. I wipe my eyes as a tear drips.

Cody soon approaches and sees me.

I get up and hug him.

"I am so happy for you Cody!!!" I cry into his chest. He wraps one arm around me but lowers himself placing the tray in the table next to me.

"Shh..." He whispers rubbing my back.

"Sorry." I let go and wipe my eyes.

We sit back down and then everyone sits silently.

"Congratulations man." Joey finally speaks.

"Oh yeah, thank you..." Cody smiles and finished eating.

"So are you nervous?" Jen ask. Cody shrugs.

"They said that this week I will go see the campus, if I want to go I will sign up. If I want to switch I can...its option week they said." He says seriously. "Then two weeks later, I go back for conditioning...then try outs the week after that." He adds. I look at him, as he speaks seriously he sounds so different.

"I am a little nervous on if they like are picky, they have a nice team. Beautiful school...Indiana soon will be home for a few years..." He frowns and smiles softly at everyone then looks at me.
"I will come to visit you guys too..." He looks up. I blush and smile.

"Sounds like a plan, Mr." Ally rolls her eyes. We all laugh but stop when Courtney reached our table. I bite my lip and look at my green beans.

"So Cody? Notre Dame?" She flirts sitting next to him on the other side of him. He nods.

"Thats like, a big school. I am so happy you can like...go. " She states and fixes her shirt pushing it lower. Then lashing her eyes.

Cody picks his head up trying not to look down. He sighs.

"It is...I can't wait to leave...." He rolls his eyes turning to us. We all smirk and giggle.

"Well I am gonna go back to Rose..." She gets up. We all sigh and laugh.

"C-Cody tried not to look down!" Cory laughs. He smirks, and shrugs.

The bell rang signaling we had to leave.

"Hey! Friday Mary...I want you to come to my house, please..." Cody whispers as we stand up. I nod and smile.

"O-Okay." I say. He smiles playerish and winks.

"See you, Friday. Mary." He rolls my name smoothly. I feel my heart shake and I blush.
