We reach the hotel and Colby says bye to us.

I set my luggage on the lobby floor, waiting for Cody to get back. He soon enters the hotel and rolls his eyes sighing, "Colby never knows how to stop talking..I said bye four times."

I smile and look towards the sign in desk,  Cody soon understood what I was doing and he walked over there.

Mumbling softly, the lady gives him a key and smiles. He glanced at me and I walked up to him, following the way to the elevator.

"I got us a two bed hotel room.." He whispers as we wait for the elevator to pick us up, which soon did. We arrived on floor 4.

"Its room 332..." He says to himself and I saw room 330. I walk further and reach the end of the hallway. The last room being ours. I side glance and smile.

"I love end rooms..."

He looked at me and chuckled. "Good, happy to hear that."

He opens the door and lets me in first, I scope the small hotel out and I couldn't help but smile.

"How do you like it?" He ask, walking to the kitchen, setting the keys down and his phone. Our luggage resting at the foot of each of our beds.

"Its a good size for us, I like it.." I say and sit at my bed. He nods and sighs, jumping onto his bed next to me.

"Its only 4:13... Do you feel like leaving the hotel for a while?" He asked, and I glance at him. His eyes were looking at the ceiling as he thought.

"Sure...yeah." I stand and grab my phone. He gets up slowly and blinks twice before walking to the door.

As we left the hotel, and were outside I remember he doesn't have a car.

"How will we go places?" I ask. He turns his head and shrugs, with a slight grin.

"Just sit on the bench...hold on." He mumbles and I shrug. I sat on the bench and watch as he goes on his phone.

I soon heard a loud engine roaring, I turn my head down the street and my eyes widen.

"Are you serious?" I say to him as he waved the car over. Smiling widely, Cody turned to me and nods his head over at me. "This is our rental car..." He says. The driver waves and gets in the car behind us, it reading a rental car company truck. I wave and get into the passenger seat.

"I've never seen something like this...usually we have to go to the rental car office..not them come to us." I say, laughing.

Cody looked at me and tapped the steering wheel.

"What type of car is this?" I ask. He bites his lip looking away and at the road.

"Lamborghini.." He says and steps on the gas, my head jerking back I gasp and laugh fastly. "Holy shit.." I comment. Cody's husky laugh was heard next to me over the loud engine.

As the day was ending we soon, slowed down. I look around and notice we were near the old High School.

"Cody..?" I stare as we pass by the gas station everyone used to park and get snacks at. My eyes soon landing on the road towards the school. But we pass it, and soon we reached my old house.

I glance at him, and smile softly. "I can't believe you remember where this is still.."

His head turned and he grins, "I could never forget about this house, are you kidding."

"That is true..wow. I haven't seen this house in like..-"

"Don't..talk about it. Lets go walk around the neighborhood." He offers. I sigh, "The old park.?" He nods.

I heard the engine cut off, and he steps out, walking near me. We continue the walk with small talk.

I turn to tell Cody we were almost there but his phone rang.

"Hello?" He answered... "Hey, babe...yeah I'm good...Landed a few hours ago...I'm about to go out to eat with my guys...yes I will call you when I am in the hotel, alright...Okay...Love you too...bye."

Love you too

I close my eyes, and stand at the entrance of the park. My eyes sliding from corner to corner, admiring my child hood. I never came to the park when I was in High school but the volleyball courts right next to it, is where I started playing.

After a while in the park, we walk back to the car and drive to the school. Us both gazing shocked we are here. He parks and I instantly step out.

"I am speechless..." I mumble, soon a hand grabbed my hand. I look down and felt Cody tug my hand. I look at him and he was staring at the field.

"Lets go.." He walks with me to the football field. Once my feet touched the grass of the 100 yards I smile. A tear, sliding between my eyes.

I glance at Cody, seeing him biting his lip. His eyes staring at the field. I walk towards the old concession stand, and I watch as Cody walks to the 50 yard line.

He stood in his spot, his feet, hands, back, still as can be. But his head turned to the bleachers, his eyes gazing near the back. I watch confused, and part my lips.

Soon, his right hand lifted, and he put a one in the air, still staring at the bleachers in the same spot.

I stare at him and a smile reached my lips...

"OMG! WE WON!!!" Ally screams. I smile.

"WOOOO!!!!" We both cheer. Cody holds his hand and raises a index finger representing number 1. He runs to his bench and takes his helmet off again and glances around. He sees me and smirks.

I look down, and soon heard.

"Cody Lower... Goes for the touchdown..once again!" I look up and see him walking to the bleachers. Stopping, and looking down.

"Mary..." He shouts. I shout back, "Yeah.."

"Remember when I first met you...on the field." He says. I walk closer and he still stared at his feet.

"Well, yeah. You annoyed me so much, you and Cory." I giggle. His eyes glanced at me and I stopped.

"I was right here..." He says softly, then points to a spot in the bleachers, "You were there.."

"When you first saw me, I was right in front of you. Next to Cory, because you wanted a gatorade." I say. He shakes his head, and sat on the bench near the gate.

"When I first saw you...out here. You were in the bleachers, in that spot. Watching the game, I remember looking around. My eyes seeing you, and I nudged Cory." He spoke, "I wanted to meet you, be friends.."

"Well, look at us now.." I say softly, sitting next to him. "Were both married, and ran away from them, lying to both of our spouses saying we are visiting family. When really...this trip was just a meet up, for us.." I say guilty.

Cody breaths in, and glanced at me. "Do you feel bad about that?"

"Yeah...I feel bad for lying to my husband. I told him I am visiting family when really..I am sitting next to a guy I loved so much...and now we don't know what to do.." I say. "Our feelings are here, but our love is wasted with people far away from us." I whisper, getting goosebumps.

"Our love is not wasted.." He says. "We just used it wrong...we had a moment with someone else, so we took it. Thinking we wouldn't see each other ever again.."

"Cody..."

"This is too much for our first night together..lets just head back to the hotel. We will come here tomorrow when its opened." He spoke and left..

I stayed still, and squeeze my eyes. Fuck. Hes right...
