We started on our way home. Karen and Daryl dropped me off at home.

"Thanks Karen. Thanks Daryl." I smiled hugging them. I didn't give Michael the time of day. I got out, saying thanks again and shut the door. I walked up to the house and opened the door.

Everyone was sitting on the couch.

"Babygirl, sit down." My dad said.

"Why? All your going to tell me is in grounded for 2 months and tell me I can never see Tyde again." My voice cracked. A tear rolled down my face as this happened. They kept coming and coming till I was full blown sobbing.

"Come here." Jacksaid, opening his arms.

"No. I can't stand you, Ben, or Luke! If Luke would have kept his mouth shut, I'd still be with Tyde and we would be getting along." I glared at him. My dad looked shocked.

"What even happened? Luke just told us he didn't want you around Tyde anymore." My dad asked, Liz nodding.

I looked at Luke, as if giving him permission to tell. I smirked cause part of it would be his fault.

"They- uh- they got drunk at our party and kinda made out." He said. My dad looked enraged.

"You had a party with your 16 year old sister in the house?" He yelled at Luke.

"Stepsister."

"We're back to that again?" Luke asked. I nodded before looking away.

"Yes. And I regret it. If I wouldn't have threw the party, she'd still be with Tyde." He looked guilty, "I'm sorry Melanie."

I looked at him.

"Apology not accepted."

He looked shocked as well as our other brothers did and our parents.

"You destroyed my relationship Luke. I loved him. You screw everything up!" I yelled.

"At least I don't cut my problems through!" He yelled back. He knew he hit a nerve.

"Babydoll, what does he mean by that?" My dad asked.

"That was your fault to begin with Luke! You cause that! If you wouldn't have gotten mad over this-" I pointed to my nose, "I wouldn't have relapsed."

My dad and Liz looked like they was going to cry.

"No Mel. Please tell me you di-"

"I did dad. Twice. Both times because of these people sitting on your couch. The people who claim they would do anything for their little sister, made her cut herself." I cried out.

I bolted up the stairs and into my room.

Tyde; I'm coming over. Now.

I read the message.

I ran back downstairs again and flung the door open. Tyde saw me running at him and opened his arms wide. He caught me as I leaped into his arms. My parents and brothers watching everything going on.

"I'm so sorry Tyde."

"It's not your fault. If we
wouldn't have gotten tipsy, nothing would have happened." He cried into my shoulder. I had tears streaming down my face. I could see my dad and Liz walking over to us. How? Our neighbors car was parked on the street and I could see everything.

"Come on. We'll talk about this." My dad said. I got out of Tyde's hugs and interlaced our fingers together.

We walked inside and sat next to each other, my brothers glaring at us. I shrunk under their glare. It made it hard to breath.

"Mel. MEL. Calm down. Your okay. I promise. I won't let anything happen." He sighed wrapping his arm around me and rubbing my legs with his other hand. My brother glared harder at his hand.

"Boys. Quit." Liz scolded.

They finally quit glaring, but didn't take their gaze off of Tyde's arm and my tear streaked face.

"Look, we understand you love each other. And we accept that. But what we don't like is you guys underage drinking." My dad started. The tears came even harder, "But what I'm saying is, Tyde your 17 Mel your 16. You will make mistakes but I want you to remain together. I can see how much he cares about you. When I'm gone, I need someone to take care of my princess."

I smiled before jumping up and hugging my dad.

"Thank you so much daddy." I hugged him tightly.

"You're welcome babygirl." He smiled.

I released him and saw Tyde stand up. I tackled him onto the couch, straddling his hips and kissing his lips.

"Are you serious?!" Luke yelled.

"Yes Luke. Your mother and I talked it through."

"I don't want them together! That's my sister and if he hurt her, I'd be in prison cause I'd kill him." He seethed.

"Mom, I don't particularly like the idea of them being together either, but if she's happy, I am too." Ben smiled. I got off of Tyde and walked to Ben, who was holding his arms out.

"Thank you Ben." I whispered in his ear.

Jack kept quiet, signaling that he didn't like the idea either.

I could see Luke getting angrier by the moment.

I sat bad down next to Tyde.

"Look Luke-"

"Shut up. I can't stand you anyways. You just need to leave and take her with you. I'm done    trying. I'm done protecting her. You're turn Tyde. Have at it. She can consider herself with one less brother, cause Luke Hemmings is out of the game."
