"I'm home!" I heard a stampede of elephants running at me.

"Did you record anything?" Was the first question that was threw my way.

I nodded before chucking my phone at Ashton's lap, since he was sitting on the couch.

I heard him unlock my phone and start playing the video.

"You did really good!" Luke yelled, running and hugging me.

"You slayed Long Way Home!" Ashton giggled.

I laughed before dragging my bag upstairs and shoving it in my room.

"Hey. Where's my dad?" I asked.

"Oh they went out. They'll be back in about 5 minutes." I heard Jack say.

I saw him and Ben behind me.

"Did you slay like always?" I heard Ben ask as he ruffled my hair.

"Hell yeah she did!" I heard Luke yell from the kitchen.

"Good girl." I heard my dad say from behind me.

"Daddy!" I yelled running into his arms. He wrapped his arms around my body. We was swaying from side to side.

"I missed you." He whispered into my ear.

"I missed you too." I mumbled.

I released the hug and then walking outside to the backyard and sticking my feet in the pool.

"Hey."

"Hi."

"You care for some company?" I heard Mikey whisper beside me.

"I guess." I smiled. He smiled back before wrapping his arms around me.

"What's wrong? Don't say nothing because there is something wrong Mel." He rested his head on mine.

"I just miss my mom really bad at times like these. She was my biggest supporter through everything up until she died." I sighed.

"I can't say i understand, but we are going back to the US in a week or so, why don't you come with us?" He laughed.

"I'd love too."

"SHE SAID YES!" He yelled to the boys as they ran outside, tackling me into the pool, drenching my clothes.

"I hate this band." Luke sighed.

"Me too brother, me too." I looked at him.

Nothing interesting happened that week and now we was at the airport, about to go to the USA.

"You sure you have everything?" Liz asked us as she dropped me and Luke off.

The boys parents was dropping them off.

"Mom! I have everything." I heard Calum groan from beside me.

I laughed at him before hugging my dad and Liz goodbye.

"I'll see you in two weeks." I smiled, a tear running down my face.

"Please be safe. I don't want to have to come out there and kill someone." I heard Jack whisper into my hair as he enveloped me into a hug.

"Promise. I'll be fine.." I sighed.

"What's up little sis?" Ben asked."

I whispered into their ears what I planned on doing in LA.

They both looked shocked before nodding.

"Promise you won't say anything!" I rushed. I can't help but think they'll say something to my dad and he'll keep me from going.

"We won't." They looked at my wearily, "But are you sure that's a good idea?"

"I'm positive." I sighed.

They nodded before hugging me again and walking to Luke.

I sighed one for time and grabbed my luggage and putting them on the luggage cart to be sent to security.

"Bye sweetheart." My dad and Liz hugged me. 

"Bye guys." I hugged back before boarding the plane. I was seated next to Ashton and Michael, meaning Calum and Luke had to sit together.

Ashton was babbling about what he was going to do in LA, while Michael looked at some magazines that the plane had supplied for us.

"I'm going to the petting zoo for sure! You want to come with me? Please! It'd be a lot of fun! Come on!" He blubbered.

"I guess." I said looking out the window, over Michael. I grabbed my headphones and plugged them into my ears, zoning out Ashton.

I could still see Ashton talking, but I wasn't listening.

Michael: Did u give him anything sweet?

Melanie: No, did you?

Michael: No. I'm going to kill Luke and Calum.

Melanie: I'll help you. Where can we hide the body?

Michael: Just shove them in the ditch.

I heard his laugh over my music playing before shutting his phone off cause the flight attendant told him too. I just put mine on airplane mode.

I slowly fell asleep to Ashton pretending to drum on my leg and Disney music filling my ears.
