Alphonse talked to new people while, Edward walked towards Bull, Maice and Yen. "You okay, Maice?" Edward asked, sheepishly. "I'm fine Edward, no biggie!" Maice pulled her hair up in a bun. "Maice should you really be doing that? With all these people here?" Edward wondered. "All the people here know about it Ed!" She said, pouring Bull and herself a shot of whiskey. "Thanks, Maice." Bull slurped down the shot, as well as Maice. "No problem. Anything for you." Maice looked around. Tilly was slowly walked up to them and jumped on a seat. "Hey girlie, thirsty?" Maice said, pouring some water into a bowl. "Maice we have to get going soon." Edward said with a worried look in his eyes. Maice poured another shot then said, " Go give this to Roy, Edward. " Ed took the glass and walked over to Roy, handing him the glass. Maice wiped down the counter and took off her apron. She stepped out from behind the counter and watched her customers dance, like the military wasn't there. She spotted Riza behind Roy, as always, then spotted Liam, a customers son, walking around. She tapped his shoulder and said, "Are you looking for someone to dance with, Liam?" Maice said crouched down to his ear. He nodded his head. Maice pointed to Riza. "That lovely women over there is new, how bout' you show her how to loosen up a little?" She smirked. Liam smiled then walked over to her, and shyly asked her to dance. Riza looked at Mustang, but he nodded and smiled. "You go Liam!" Maice thought watching them dance, Riza was smiling and laughing as Liam did his famous tap routine. Then someone grabbed Maice's shoulders. "You should start listening to your own advice." The man said. "Yen! Don't scare me like that!" She laughed. He bowed and held out his hand. Maice took his hand, and giggled as he dipped her to the floor. Spinning up, Maice and Yen moved quickly, starting the end of the dance. Maice was spun towards Bull, as she grabbed his hand, pulling him into the dance. Tilly followed them as they finished. "I love my job!" Maice thought quietly.

Riza slipped out from behind him as she was pulled to the dance by a small boy. Roy stood at the side keeping an eye on Maice and Edward. Maice was dipped, her bun almost touching the ground. "So light and fragile, and I shot her?!" Roy reminded himself. "How can she dance with a wound like that?" He wondered. Her feet were like raindrops when they hit the floor, moving quickly and bouncing off the floor as if it were a trampoline. The man with her was delicate, smooth and frail, his skinny legs twist around her carefully. Maice was spun to the side, she grabbed the hand of a large, fit man, who reluctantly followed her to the dance floor. Roy sipped his whiskey, and eyed the tables around him. He was the only one not dancing. "But where are Ed and Al?"
