Maise looked down at her feet, her pants torn, showing off her automail leg. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you." She mumbled to Ed. "So your apart of the military to,huh?" The women asked. "That bastard took my dog, I'm getting her back." Maice replied, now angry. "You're giving your life to the military, FOR YOUR STUPID DOG?!" She screamed, lifting Maice's chin. "I'D TAKE THE JOB FOR A FLEA IF IT WAS THE ONLY FAMILY I HAVE LEFT!" They stared each other down. "You love someone, then you let them go. Don't give your life to someone for your dog." Maice growled as she started to walk away. "Can you even describe love?!" Maice yelled now pissed. Their teacher turned around, thinking. Before she got the time to answer Maice answered for her. "Love is promise, brake that promise and you've broken yourself. Give up on it, and you've given up on yourself." Beaten, the women finally left leaving with Ed and Alphonse.
Turning around, Maice saw everyone staring, confused of what had happened. "What?" She asked still enraged. "I can't, how, when did you learn that?" Riza asked. "What? The definition of love? Hah! You gotta be kidding me, that's the power of fiction books and music!"  She said. "Anyways I've gotta be going, see ya." She said, trying to leave as soon as possible. "Wait, who did you attempt to bring back?"  Roy asked, unable to see her pain. "Attempt? I didn't attempt do bring them back, I succeeded." She said walking out the door.
