"Why can't this stupid train go any faster!" Evan sobbed.  Roy was at the front of the train car on the telephone, and Ed and Al sat with Evan as they waited for the train to stop. Evan squeezed Maice's hat close to her chest and started to mumble to herself. The train slowed down half an hour afterwards and Evan peeked up from her hat. As she saw the train pull up to the station she stood and shoved her way to the front, jumping off the train and into fresh air. "Maice!? Maice!?" Evan called out through the station as she ran. Edward and Alphonse did the same, following behind her. Roy finished up his call and walked briskly through the crowds. "Evan! It's hard to help you, when we don't even know what she wrote!" Evan shot a glare at Edward, handing him the note. She held the picture in her palm, not mentioning it. "Heading back home to get some supplies, see you later, goodbye." Edward peeked over the paper at Evan, confused. "You made us get on a train, to go check on her, when she's getting, supplies?" Evan mumbled something under her breath. "She said, goodbye, in her note. We, kinda promised each other, not to say that, until, we knew we were gonna...die." Evan teared up. "I just want my friend back!" She yelled, turning around and shouting for Maice some more. Roy got there right as she started walking away. Alphonse smacked Edwards head. "What was that for Al?!" Edward said, a little annoyed. "Nice going, brother!" Al shouted. "What happened here?" Edward looked up at the Colonel. "Maice is going to die."
