Maice walked outside, grin on her face. "I made it." She thought to herself. She walked down the stairs and grinned at her entourage, then spoke proudly. "I passed!" She said, her smile got even wider. Edward looked up. "How do you know already?" He asked, questioning her words. "Well, I kinda pressured him, so if he didn't say yes soon he'd never get me, so, yeh." Maice smiled again. She turned to Riza. "So, when do I get my dog back, Hawkeye?" She asked twiddling her thumbs. "Um, I think that's up to Mustang, you'll have to ask him." Riza responded. "Uuuggh! Let's go." Maice said, walking past them. "If we don't hurry, Roy might be stupid enough to pet my dog." She said. They all walked to the military building Roy worked in then head inside. Riza had to go through and check in with the main lobby people, while Edward, Alphonse, and Maice head up to Roy's office. Maice knocked on the door quietly but no one answered, so she put her ear to the door and listened. "Yes, Havoc, she's going through the test today. When she gets back she help you walk again." She heard Roy say. Edward tapped her shoulder but she shushed him away. "What will you do if she doesn't?" Havoc asked. Maice quietly opened the door and said, "Yah, Roy, what are you going to do if I don't help?" She said crossing. "You gonna take my dog away for another week, cause that sure made me angry!" She shouted. Roy was speechless. Maice examined him, his left hand had been punctured, leaving scars. "I see you already learned your lesson?" She said, calming down. "Excuse me?" He said, confused. "Oh, is it not obvious? My dog bit you idiot!" Maice screeched. "Anyways, where is she?" She said. "Your dog?" Mustang asked. "Yah, no dip! I have nothing else to look for." She responded irritated. "I passed." Roy frowned. "Your kidding me. Don't play with me Andrews." He said in a serious tone. "Oh, was that not clear? I. PASSED. You bastard. Don't play with me Roy." She said. Edward grabbed her shoulder. "Hey, settle down." Edward whispered. "I CAN'T! I'VE HAD ENOUGH HAPPEN TO ME ALREADY! AND I DON'T WANT TO BE SOMEONES PUPPET AGAIN! NOW GIVE ME MY DOG BACK YOU BASTARD!" Maice pulled out her pocket knife, and threw it. The blade whistled past Roy's ear, and then wedged itself in the wall. Mustang just sat in his chair frowning. "I'll give her back, once you help my friend." He said. Maice whipped her head towards the man in the wheelchair. "Stand up." She commanded, frowning back at Roy. "I can't." The man said, watching her. "Can't or won't? I said, stand up." Maice said frustrated. He barely lifted himself out of the chair, before he sat back down. "Come on! Imagine yourself dancing with a special girl! Imagine yourself on a sandy beach with her, the grains of sand rubbing in between your toes!" She said walking around the room. "Yah, no, I lost my imagination a while ago." He said starting to smoke a cigar. "You lost your life when you started to smoke." Maice replied, grabbing the cigar and breaking it. "Sorry Roy, I won't help people who aren't willing to help themselves." She said. "Jeez, do all homunculi have an additude?" Havoc said, starting another cigar. "Do all dicks call me a homunculus? Or is it just what the stupid bastards who get in my way say?" She said. The man gasped but Mustang kept a straight face. "Now, my dog." Maice wasn't giving up anytime soon. "No, you help Havoc to get your dog back Andrews." Roy said, waiting. "That wasn't the deal! I become a State Alchemist, and I get my dog back!" She yelled. Roy folded his hands. "Well, that was the deal, and now the deal has changed." He said. Maice looked at the table beside her, a gun was laid on it, by the computer. Maice growled then said, "You know what happens to people, when they cheat at poker?" She raised the gun, and pointed the barrel at his forehead. "You won't do it, Andrews." Roy said, as her finger trembled on the trigger. "I'd do anything for my dog." She said, firming her grip. "Maice, stop!" Alphonse called, Edward grabbed her shoulder again, this time hard. "Stop." He said. "I fight my fights, and you fight yours, Edward." She responded pulling down the trigger. Before she could fire, the door popped open, and Riza entered the scene. When the door closed, Maice heard a whimper, then a howl coming from the closet. She dropped the gun and ran over to the door, Roy stood his desk. The door was locked. "Hang in there Tilly, I'm right here girl." Maice clapped her hands then tapped the hinges. The door fell and Tilly slowly walked out. Mustang stood behind Maice, which made Tilly growl.  The curious dog looked around the room, stretching out her legs. Tilly spotted the gun then ran back to Maice. "Your okay Tilly." Maice said hugging her. Maice then grabbed the gun and through it out the window she broke the night before. "Bye." Maice said firmly, then walked out the door.

"Sorry Havoc." Roy said. "We'll try again tomorrow." He paced back and forth. "No." Havoc replied. Roy looked up. "No, we won't try again. I didn't ask to be fixed, and that homunculus clearly doesn't want to help either. So, no sir, we won't try again." Havoc wheeled himself out of the room, Roy and Hawkeye left in the room. Roy sat back down and started back up on his paper work, still confused.
