How You Sleep

~Steve~

Steve hasn't quite adjusted to the fact that people sleep in the same bed before marriage, so when the two of you started sharing a bed, you would both start out on opposite sides of the bed, completely apart from each other.

However, in the morning, you'll wake up completely intertwined. Your head will be on his chest while his rests on your head, and your arms around each other and legs tangled together.

~Tony~

Tony loves spooning.

Besides sex, it's his favorite thing to do in a bed.

At night, he insists on you being the little spoon, even if you want to be the big spoon. It's not like you mind that much though, because Tony always kisses your neck when you're snuggling at night and that makes up for everything.

~Thor~

You loved sharing a bed with Thor.

Even if it was the coldest night of the year, and you no blankets on the bed whatsoever, Thor would still keep you warm. He was like a big, living, personal heater.

What was funny though, is that you're often the big spoon, and you and Thor wouldn't have it any other way.

~Loki~

Being part Frost Giant, Loki is usually very cold at night. You try very damn best to make sure he isn't. You cover the pair of you in blankets and make a little fort out of them, calling it your "polar bear cave".

The two of you will fall asleep holding hands every night.

~Clint~

You and Clint sleep face to face, so that you can talk for hours about random things before dozing off. Whenever you fall asleep before Clint, he'll just stare in awe at your peaceful beauty for second, kiss your forehead, tell you he loves you, and the fall asleep himself.

Little does he know, is that you do the exact same thing to him when he falls asleep first.

~Bruce~

There was once an incident when Bruce almost turned green from a nightmare with you still in the bed.

You were able to comfort him by wrapping your arms around him, sitting up on your knees while Bruce cried and you hugged his head, running your fingers through his hair.

You sang softly to him, calming him down, and eventually the both of you fell asleep on one another, and Bruce doesn't worry about nightmares anymore.

~Pietro~

You often come home late at night when you have to work long shifts at the hospital, and Pietro is usually awake and waiting for you to come home, but some days, you'll find him asleep on the couch, hugging a pillow.

You'll usually take it gently out of his hands, and slide into the pillows place, feeling Pietro hug you tighter.

~Bucky~

Bucky was very scared that he might hurt you with his arm by mistake if the two of you shared a bed, no matter how much you assured him he wouldn't, so he would usually just sleep facing the opposite direction of you.

However, in the middle of the night, you'd crawl over to him, and nestle yourself in between his arms, showing you weren't the least bit scared of his arm.

One day, you felt him wrap his arms tighter around you, and that's when you knew, he was never letting go, metal arm or not.
