Chapter 55 - The ONE that Got Away
"Uhh.. Trevor, can I tell you something?" I said cutting the staring moment.
"Sure you can." He responded and smiled. Damn that smile tho.
"But please don't be surprised and promise me to treat me the same as how you treat me now." I explained before telling him what I feel.
"Of course, in fact. I have something to tell you too." He responded and his reaction turned into serious.
"Ohh. So tell me first." I said.
"No, you first." He responded.
"No, please take the time to tell it." I said and smiled. Maybe he'll gonna say the same. Maybe he'll gonna confess also. It's better if he will tell first.
"Ok but please don't be mad at me. Please.... .. please.... ... please........" He said while his face turned into worrying. I just nodded.
"I- ........... I -- ............. . I----.......hmmm mm..... " He said crackingly.
"You?...." I responded trying to help him to speak.
"I-- uhmmm... Wa-" He responded when someone broke his words.
"Hey Trevor! Why are you both there??? We need your help! " One of the USG cut the scene. Trevor was unable to continue his words because of this person.
"Sure!" He responded and let my hand go. I also let him go.
"Jess, I'll tell you later everything ok?" He said and made his way to the guy who called him. I just nodded. Damn I haven't told him my feelings.
Damn, why is life so unfair??!
