We pulled up to some place with a door that was in the side of a hill. I didn't know where we were but I was getting more and more scared. People don't live in hills.

"This is our bunker. I promise it's a whole lot less scary inside." Sam explained. "We live here because it's safer." I nodded skeptically and undid my seat belt. After all, nothing was worse than being at home. Dean came over and opened the door. I got out and went inside with them. It was a huge place with tons of rooms. I got so excited about all the space when suddenly, the fear I had kicked back in.

"This is the place." Dean stated. I must have looked scared because he commented on it.
"I know it's scary. I tell you what, let's get you cleaned up and then we can sit down and you can ask us any questions you have. How does that sound?" Dean asked. I nodded. He explained where the shower was and how to work it. He gave me towels and a hairbrush that they picked up for me at a convenience store. I climbed in the shower. It felt nice and warm and it felt great to have my hair feel smooth afterwards. I came out in the same clothes I was wearing since they were all I had. I rejoined them in the main room and they were open to questions.

~Sam's POV~

"So who are you guys?" She asked. "Like what do you do?"

"We are brothers. We work for the FBI." I replied. I then gave her a gentle nod, allowing her to continue with more questions.

"Why did you save me? I'm not yours and you didn't have to stop." She asked. "No one else ever did." I felt so bad for her. She was so young and had already dealt with so much.

"Well, I saw you under the bench as we drove and I felt like we needed to help. You looked so sad and scared, and you needed us." I explained. She looked at me with a slight smile on her face, and I think she had begun to realize I wasn't there to hurt her. "Do you have any more questions?"

"Yeah, um, can I have some food?"

"Of course, kiddo. How's a sandwich sound?"

"Great. I'm so hungry." She replied. Her stomach growled in a deep grumble as I got up and started pulling stuff out of the fridge. I gave her a glass of milk which she chugged almost immediately and gave her the sandwich. She scarfed it down proving she was a lot hungrier than I even thought. I made her one more and then we would wait until dinner.

Once dinner time hit, we went to the diner and ate. She was kind of nervous to go out with us with so many people around who might know her parents, but she did anyways. She enjoyed her burger and was happy to have food again. On the way back to the bunker, we made a stop at a department store so she could pick out some clothes.

She seemed to be having a blast. She tried a bunch of stuff on and showed us what she liked. She was having so much fun and was actually smiling. We spent longer than I wanted to, but she got the clothes she needed and we headed back. We all just hung out on the couch watching some tv until it got late.

"We should head to bed, Hannah." I stated. She replied with a nod and a yawn. Dean showed her her room.

~Dean's POV~

"I know it's not much, but it's kind of all we have." I told her gently.

"It's ok." She replied.

"If you need anything, Sam and I are down the hall. I'm 3 doors down on the left and Sam is on the right. I know this is all scary, but try to get some sleep." I tried my best to be compassionate but I wasn't used to being with such young kids. At least none that were human.

"I will." She said quietly. "Dean," she started as I headed out. "Thank you both."

"Of course. You're safe here. I promise. No one can hurt you anymore." She nodded and curled up under the blankets to go to sleep.

~Hannah's POV~

I fell asleep quicker than I thought I would, but I didn't stay that way for long. I had a horrible nightmare . I woke up, and everything around me looked evil and like it was going to hurt me. I no longer felt safe and I didn't know what to do. I had nowhere to go, but I got up and ran out my door and found Dean's room. I pounded on the door.

"Dean." I cried at him. He wasn't answering. I kept pounding. His door was locked too, so I couldn't get in. "Dean." I said a little louder. I wanted to go find Sam's room, but for some reason I just backed up into the wall and cried. He came out a few seconds later.

"Hannah? What's wrong? Are you ok?" I shook my head. He picked me up in his arms effortlessly. I cried into his shoulder. He walked back to my room and sat on my bed. "Hannah, I'm not going anywhere, please just tell me what happened."

"N-nightmare. My d-daddy was hurt-ting me like always and y-you guys were there and would-dn't help me." I said as I hyperventilated.

He sighed. "He can't get you anymore. I promise. You're safe here. I know it's scary to have nightmares like that. Can I ask you a question?" I nodded. I didn't know what he wanted to ask.

"Did your mom or any siblings ever help you?" I was hoping he wouldn't ask, but I knew lying was bad so I told him.

"No. She stood and saw it happening but was too scared to help, and I don't have any siblings. I ran away and then you found me. I'm just so scared, Dean." I said as another tear fell down my face.

~Dean's POV~

"Are you scared Sam or I are gonna hurt you too or like we are faking? I asked. She looked absolutely terrified. She nodded.

"Yeah. All guys are out to hurt me. I know they are. My daddy said so. I just don't know why you haven't yet." She replied sadly.

"Hannah, I've said it a bunch of times since we got you... Sam and I would never dream of hurting you. You're such a sweet kid. We would never hurt you. Ever." She nodded again. "Now, let's get back to bed. We both need sleep." I put her back to bed and started to head out.

"Dean, will you stay with me, please? I'm even more scared of being alone right now." I wasn't good at this kind of thing. I didn't know how to be compassionate towards a kid who was terrified. I did so bad with Sammy when I was a kid. He was scared a lot, and I never helped him enough. I nodded anyways.

"Ok. I'll stay on the floor. If you need me, wake me up. Goodnight." I said as I climbed onto the floor by her bed.

"Goodnight." She replied as she snuggled back in. She still let out a few little whimpers of tears. I lightly rubbed her back.

"It's ok. Shh. Shh. Relax. I'm right here." I whispered. She eventually relaxed and fell asleep. I got a few hours in before Sam opened the door.
