"You just have to remember a few things once you take over the office Althea..." Tito Albert said we're having an after dinner conversation with coffee and tea.
"What is it Tito?" I asked
"Never settle for anything less than what you and your people deserve, your father put up and worked hard for the company because of two things, for his passion for business as it is and to be able to provide jobs to people. You shouldn't settle for second best when it comes to material bidding and product manufacturing, or employing, quality shouldn't settle less than quantity, you should have them balanced." He detailed looking out in the open.
"Yes Tito, like what dad has always said." I nodded
"I'm really sorry I wasn't able to save your father Althea." he suddenly said his voice thick with remorse
"It was not your fault Tito, it's no one's fault. If there's someone to blame, it is the person behind those gunmen, the one who paid them." I assured him
"You are your father's daughter. I see him in you." He thoughtfully said
"And I see him in you literally." I said, taking in account that they're almost identical though Tito Albert was 2 years younger than dad. He heartily chuckled, his eyes disappearing as he smiled.
"Yes, literally." He agreed.
"Just promise me one thing, Althea." He added now looking at me
"Yes Tito?"
"Never give up ACG, no matter how difficult it maybe, no matter how people contradict you, or doubt your ability. Stand your ground, keep your bearing, and uphold your being a Cojuangco. Cause no one else would." He said with a challenging nodded
"Yes of course Tito, I will. I promise." I answered with determination
"Very good, I can leave in peace then." He blurted as he finish his tea
"Leave?" I worried
"I'll be migrating in the States and prosper what your dad gave me, since David will be the COO, him and his mom should stay here with you." he explained
"But Tito..." I protested he was like a father to me.
"Don't worry I'll visit often, like Christmas and any other Holiday. I'll still see you."
"You're going to leave me too." I accused, he's the only older person I look up to and now he's leaving as well.
"I am not going to leave you if you're not ready Althea, and besides, once you need help, I'll come running to wherever you will be." He said with a gentle pat on my back. And I saw not only him but also my dad.
"Promise?" I sadly smiled, already missing him.
"Promise, Miss Cojuangco." He nodded and we laughed.

"Your cousin really is a pain in the ass." Batchi exasperated as she entered the room again after she walked Mr. Lopez out.
"I can't believe he's drastically changing the company, knowing he's only acting as the CEO. What more if he gets a hold of it officially, ACG will be in ruins." Batchi added as she paced back and fort, she was about to say something else when her phone rang; she immediately walked out of the room.
"Love?" I called Althea, who has been silent after Mr. Lopez's visit
"Althea?"
"Hmm?"
