Unexpected love

"Oh i'm so sorry!" Part 2

After I finish eating breakfast I decide to go out. I walk up to my room and open my closet. "Hmmmm what should I wear?" It takes me like an hour but I decide to wear black jeans and a pink t-shirt with flowers all over it.

Keeping it casual. I put on my boots and gloves and walk out. It gets pretty chilly here in Boston during the winter. I say good-bye to my mom and promise to bring Joel a toy when I get back. I walk outside and immediately wish I had coffee

"Ok minor setback from my plan, but I guess I'll go get some coffee first. No problemo! I walk to a coffee shop near the park and get myself a medium coffee. *buzz*

I take out my phone and see a text from my mom, it says

"Hi darling just wanted you to know that I set up a little gathering with some of my friends, Lucy is coming with her son, remember Zachary?" Hmmmm zack huh? Haven't seen him in ages, I don't even remember what he looks like! I start to text back ok would you like me to bring home anything for tonight then?

But just as I'm about to type the last word I bump into someone. Oh no....my coffee splatters all over him....oh no no no.....oh god I'm so sorry......that's what I get for texting while walking! I look up and start to say sorry when I notice that this guy has a work tux on.

Great I spilled coffee on a big-shot business guy and now he's probably gonna sue me.

"Oh my god I am so sorry, I spilled coffee on your tux!" I frantically grab some napkins from my pocket and hand them to him. Get ready to get screamed at Julie! Then the most unexpected thing happens.

"haha, it's totally fine!" He smiles at me and pats the wet spot with a napkin. What did he just say?!

"Of course it's not ok! I'm so sorry I hope I didn't ruin any of your plans!" He chuckles and looks up. He freezes and just stares at me. Oh no, what?! Do I have something in my face.

Oh god why do I feel nervous? Wow this guy is hot! I can feel my face burning up.

"ummm excuse me?" I ask quietly. He blinks and seems to come back to his senses

"Oh I'm sorry I guess I was just surprised at how pretty you are!" He rubs the back of his neck and laughs. WHAT DID HE JUST SAY?! Ok act normal. I smile

" You're ridiculous." I laugh.

"Are you kidding? Seriously, you are really pretty! Oh sorry for being weird" he blushes. I pretend not to notice.

"Well thank you. Sorry again for the coffee...I'll pay for your suit! Oh what's your name?" I ask him.

"Right of course, my name is......" he gets cut off when his phone starts buzzing.
" Oops excuse me it's probably my mother." He rubs the back of his neck again. Wow this guy is so cute! He talks for a bit on the phone. "Ok.....ok....yes.....of course......yes I know......ok.....be right there......bye......love you too." he hangs up and looks at me. I started thinking hmmm considering how hot he is he probably has a girlfriend, ugh why do I even care, I just met him.

"Sorry, I have to run. I hope I see you again someday!" And he runs off. I want to shout wait! I want to ask him his name, I want to get his number! I want to kiss him!!

Oh that's ridiculous. I wave goodbye as he disappears from my sight. *sigh* "why do the good ones always have to run away?" I whisper to myself. I shake my head and start to walk back to the coffee shop, still thinking about the guy. The only thing I know about him is...well i don't know anything about him. May we meet again, hot stranger I think to myself.
