Julie's P.O.V:

"Hush, little baby, don't say a word.
Papa's gonna buy you a mockingbird

And if that mockingbird won't sing,
Papa's gonna buy you a diamond ring

And if that diamond ring turns brass,
Papa's gonna buy you a looking glass

And if that looking glass gets broke,
Papa's gonna buy you a billy goat

And if that billy goat won't pull,
Papa's gonna buy you a cart and bull

And if that cart and bull turn over,
Papa's gonna buy you a dog named Rover

And if that dog named Rover won't bark
Papa's gonna buy you a horse and cart

And if that horse and cart fall down,
You'll still be the sweetest little baby in town." Zach sings. I smile at him from the door way as he holds our three-year old daughter in his arms. He rocks her as she slowly falls asleep.

"Goodnight, princess." He whispers and kisses her forehead. He puts her on her bed and looks up at me. He smiles. I continue to stare at him as he walks over to me and wraps his arms around my waist.

"What are you staring at?" He teases.

"I'm tired." I whine, ignoring his question. He grins and takes my hand.

"Time for bed." He says as he leads me to our bed. I go to the bathroom to wash my teeth and when I come back Zach is reading a book in bed. He looks up and smiles at me. He sets the book down and opens up his arms, calling for me. I grin and slip into his arms. He snuggles up to me and kissed my head. I lean my head on his chest and he hugs me.

"Hey sunshine?"

"Mmm?" I mumble. He chuckles.

"Guess what?"

"You're going to let me get another dog?"

"No, Lucky is enough." He laughs. I pout and push him away. I turn around and lay facing the door. I feel him wrap his arms around me from behind. He rests his chin on my shoulder.

"Guess again."

"You're going to get up and get me gummy bears?"

He groans. "Julie." He whines. I smile and turn my head to look at him.

"What is it?" I don't know." I say, defeated.

"Come closer." He whispers.

"Sure I'll get closer to you than we already are." I say sarcastically and roll my eyes. He grins.

"Fine I'll tell you." He says and I roll my eyes again.

"I love you." He whispers into my ear. His breath tickles my ear and I laugh.

"Idiot." I reply.

He pouts and pretends to cry. I turn him around so I'm on top of him. His hands on my back and mine on his chest. My hair flops to my left and drapes over the side of his face. I stare into his eyes. He smiles and I kiss him.

"I love you too." I say softly and lay on him. Zach's hand slides down to my thigh and I squeak. He laughs and kisses my head. After a bit of sweet talk I drift off to sleep. I end up falling of of Zach and he wraps his arm around my waist. He puts his leg over my legs so I can't move. Our noses are touching and my eyes open. He stares at me and I burst out laughing. I cover my mouth and giggle. He rolls his eyes and scoops me back up. I end up half way on top of him with my arm over his chest. He holds my jeans to keep it there. I lay on his chest and sigh happily. My daughters room is across from ours and I hear a floor board squeak.
