I rested my head against the cool tinted window, my muscles ached and the deep cuts in my torn skin were still attempting to heal, the poison slowly working its way out of my weakened body. Derek appeared at his open window, "Hide, now!" he hurriedly whispered before he returned to gassing up the car. I shrugged my shoulders nonchalantly, nonetheless, I looked around the car before my eyes settled on the floor. I shook my head in remorse, there was literally no point in attempting.

I slowly lowered myself to the ground, wrapping my weak arms around my torso as I made myself as small as possible. My ears focused on my surroundings as my head slowly turned around to where I presumed Derek stood.

"Nice ride," I furrowed my eyebrows, that voice seemed familiar as I tensed up from blurry memories. "Black car, though... Very hard to keep clean." He drawled as he seemingly took a tentative step closer to the car, Derek and I. "I would definitely suggest a little more maintenance. When you have something that nice, you wanna take care of it, right?" he said with double meaning. "Personally, I'm very protective of the things I love. That's something I learned from my family. You don't have much of that, these days... Do you?" he continued with a tantalising tone, throughout his harassment he had begun cleaning the windows. He began to leave, his torment was short-lived; but I had had enough as I suddenly found myself in front of him.

My facials were fully disguised as my eyes shone a bright red. I tilted my head, "I believe you forgot to check the oil," I growled as both Derek and I clenched our fists trying to keep our wolves at bay. I suddenly recognised the hunter as Chris and I smirked tauntingly.

Chris nodded to another hunter who smashed Derek's window, leaning in he gave Chris a thumbs up followed by his gravelling voice, "Oil's good." Chris nodded his gaze fixated on me before he backed up, leaving with his crew as I returned to Derek.

Chris stopped his curiosity getting the best of him as he turned, "What are you? You certainly aren't the Alpha?" His head tilted as he observed me.

I chuckled sourly, "If you don't leave now." I paused speeding to stand in front of him, my head looking down at him as I grew bigger, "I will become your worst nightmare." My eyes flashed black, before returning to red. He scrutinised me before making his way to the black SUV that blocked our path.

"Sorry about the window," I said sniffing as I motioned to the shattered window, he just shrugged. His eyes glazed over as he climbed into his seat. I brushed off a few of the bigger shards of glass before settling into the passenger seat.

Derek dropped me off at the Stilinski household before driving off into the night as it drew closer. I strolled into the empty household and crawled onto the couch settling in before closing my eyes. The short rest was well short lived as Stiles jumped on top of me.

"Get off," I mumbled as he held me down.

"No, I want answers," he grumbled, his eyes glowing from the lamp beside me.

"I left to go on a road trip with Derek, to catch up with my best friend slash, dad slash, ancient hybrid. We left early in the morning after we spent the night at his old home in the forest where he paced for about three hours after I subconsciously drew a spiral in the tree. When we found my father he trained me, after knocking out Derek and then after an hour or so we came home only to get verbally attacked by hunters." I said, before shifting so Stiles fell off the couch. I turned my back to Stiles and instead faced the couch, my eyes closing.

"Can I ask you a question?" he asked, all the while sitting on the hard floor,

"No," I mumbled snuggling further into the couch.

"What are you?" I groaned in annoyance,

"Vampire, Werewolf hybrid," I whispered as I struggled to keep my eyes open.

"How?" he asked as he grabbed my shoulder, and successfully pulling me off of the couch. I growled at him, my eyes flashing red briefly before returning to the pale grey that I had inherited from my mother.

"Klaus and my mother did the dirty, Klaus already ancient hybrid passed on vampire gene, I got bitten, became Werewolf, Klaus's gene awakened after I accidentally killed someone," I mumbled as I attempted to fall asleep on the floor. I knew from the sharp intake from Stiles that his eyes were wide.

"Do you, have control yet?" he asked, shuffling closer to me so that he could pull me up into a sitting position,

"Sort of," I said shrugging,

"Sort of!" Stiles exclaimed I yawned rubbing my eyes.

"Stiles, I'm not going to kill you," I said surging upwards, before stumbling towards the stairs. "But," I mumbled, "I've only just started training," I spoke cautiously, a warning laced in my voice as I ran quickly up the steps. Shutting and locking the door I collapsed on my bed.

"You should stop skipping school," Derek said, startled I launched myself up into a defensive position as he chuckled humourlessly, "Oh calm down, don't friends do this?" I raised my eyebrows and threw my arms up exasperatedly,

"Probably not, how would I know?" I said my voice raised, before collapsing back onto my bed. With my head in the pillow, my voice came out muffled as I said, "It's hard when your dad is a murderess ancient vampire thing, and Scott is a new werewolf," my eyes closing, I was confused. My words came out strange as I felt myself leave my body, "Derek," I said scared, as my body stood slowly. I still had control over my voice, as I scaredly repeated his name, "Derek I don't know what's happening," my irises dilated to pinpricks as my eyes became consumed in black. Suddenly the air rushed out of my lungs, and I felt as though I could not breathe. The pain consumed me as I screamed, the shrill scream echoing in my ears as my bones cracked painfully. I looked down at my hands that grasped the wooden flooring, my fingers broke as my claws grew and retracted. I screamed once more, my back arching as my lungs became constricted, my breathing shallow as I writhed along the ground.

The pain was shielded behind a veil of darkness, it felt as though my body was afloat. I was limited to a small amount of movement as I swivelled my head to face the horizon. A shadow was cast upon my face as a dim glow consumed a figure whom stood in front of me. Hair flowing in a faint breeze, my outstretched hand graced the side of her face as I stared in wonderment. My mouth agape as I looked at my mother in disbelief.

Suddenly I was driven backwards by an invisible force, my voice catching in my throat as fire enveloped my body. The wind howled loudly as I was consumed in a fire-spitting tornado. My scream absorbed by the wind as it encircled me, the moon rose high above me, as I stared at my reflection in the small murky pond. My eyes flitting from grey to an electric blue, to an eerie purple before a dark red. Then everything depleted into black.
