"You don't need a pack, our hybrid army will be your pack!" Klaus argued as I sulked on the couch.

"I'm an Alpha Klaus, and as an Alpha I feel obligated to create a pack!" I argued back, as a low growl clawed out of my throat. I roared, "Derek!" Klaus held me back as I tried to escape, my body fully shifting as his arms wrapped around my wolf's waist. He threw me onto the ground a quiet yelp escaping my snout, before I snarled, "Klaus, you have my word that I will come back, and explain everything in complete and explicit detail. But Derek is turning more depressed adolescent children, and I will not stand for it!" Klaus bit his cheeks, his nose scrunched up as he scrutinised my half transitioned wolf. With the nod of his head, I leapt into the air fully turning.

I leapt down the stairs, only briefly aware of my surroundings when I found myself at the edge of the forest. I turned back, my clothes even more tattered than before as I stalked forward, relying on my senses I found Derek.

"It's been a while since we saw you, Erica. You were being so good about taking your medication." Melissa said, as she observed, 'Erica's, vitals.

"Are you gonna tell my mom?" Who I presumed was Erica, whimpered as she sat up in the small hospital bed.

"Well, I swear I don't want to, but there's this team of lawyers in the back who would break my legs, and I don't know if you've seen my legs, but for a girl my age, they're still pretty hot. So... doctor's gonna be in in a minute, okay?" Melissa said, reluctantly leaving as Erica whispered a quick,

"Okay."

I sniffed the air, gingerly from the window. My claws dug deeply into the side of the wall as my hands gripped the window sill.

"Lie still." Derek commanded before moving around the room. "Side effects may include anxiety, waking, acne, ulcerative colitis. Yeesh." I sighed smashing the window and climbing into the room,

"Wow, way to not be offensive." Derek scowled at me, as I kissed his cheek playfully.

"Who are you?" Erica asked, cowering away.

"Sure, you ask the crazy bitch who smashed your window, who she is, but not the stranger who randomly appeared from your bathroom?" I raised my eyebrows accusingly as I shoved Derek.

"We can get to pleasantry's such as introductions later," Derek muttered, before flipping the page, "you get a... warning right before you have a seizure?"

"It's called an aura. It's- It's like a metallic taste in my mouth." I tilted my head, as my eyes slitted.

"You don't have to lie, Erica." I spat, "What's it really taste like?"

 "It tastes like blood."

"What if I told you... that all of this could go away? The side effects... he symptoms... All of it. And what if all those things not only went away... but everything else... got even better?" Derek said, a smirk on his lips, as I growled. Grabbing him by the front of the shirt I jumped out of the window. Smashing him full force into the concrete, my knee resting on his chest as my arms took most of the impact.

"Are you ready for a proper pack?" I asked worriedly, as he groaned in pain.

"Yes, of course I am." He replied cockily, I shook my head in disgust.

"Your Beta, Isaac got arrested with-in a day of being a werewolf, he could've killed a lot of innocent lives. Erica is not used to power, when she gets her hands on this, she will become uncontrollable." I tried to reason with him, but he refused to listen as he struggled under my grip.

I sighed, licking my lips furiously, "Fine turn her, allow her to join your pack, I'm starting to think you haven't felt real power, maybe I should be worried about you becoming uncontrollable." I helped him up, allowing him to pass me. Looking away from his retreating figure I muttered, "If she lays a finger on my pack, if she even threatens them, I will rip her limb from limb." He paused, before continuing onwards into the hospital.

"You don't have to tie me up." I muttered, looking up at Klaus as he tilted his head in amusement.

"Prove it to me, love, why shouldn't I." I pursed my lips, as I smiled.

"I guess I'll just have to tell you everything then father." I smiled cheekily, before snapping the chains that bound me to a wooden chair. "I don't know how many other chains you have, but I know you love to keep prisoners and it would be a shame if you had no chains left to hold them?" I crossed my legs as I motioned for Klaus to take a seat.

"The man who haunts dreams bargained an appealing deal with me, that is why I'm not dead."

"What deal?" Klaus spat, as I merely winked.

"It's a secret," I paused, "anyway, since that happened right after you abandoned me, I suppose I should explain my whereabouts from then to now?" I fluttered my eyelashes as he nodded. Clapping my hands I continued.

"As you know my reasoning for returning was to protect my old pack, because of this dark evil." I mocked Aneirin, hearing his light chuckle from the room besides us. "Now that I've dealt with that I now have to deal with some whack job who thinks he can kill all werewolves, that includes you dear Klaus, as you have broken the curse." Klaus snorted,

"He can try-" I interrupted his possible rant as I continued, "So with him declaring war; every side is arming up, my friend Aneirin suggested I create my own pack, and that's where I have been the last few days." Klaus furrowed his eyebrows, "Aneirin? Who is he love?"

I rubbed my neck, "He's my boyfriend," Klaus's mouth opened, as he rolled his eyes his head tilting backwards, "Your kidding?" he scowled shaking his head. I gulped as my lips pulled together tightly, "Yeah," I drawled, "anyway, with me being Alpha, I deciding I needed a little bit of help to protect my old pack."

Klaus shrugged,"Do whatever you want love, I don't care," he smirked, "if I am no longer needed, I will take my leave and start building my hybrid army."

He paused rubbing his chin, "Why don't we just knock two birds out with one stone," my eyes widened as it dawned on me, "Don't you dare touch Scott," he winked at me,  "I can't turn the bitten love," I growled lowly, "That's why you want Peter alive?" he nodded as I digested the information.

"As much as I love your company, the feeling to protect them is so overwhelming, I'd rather you leave."  He faked hurt, as he smirked.

"It's settled," I nodded glumly, "Just give me a ring Klaus," I paused looking up at him solemnly, "I'll be there." He nodded in response,

"Good luck love," I smiled up at him, as he smirked cockily, "you'll need it."
