Evelyn Hall's POV - Afterlife

I don't know how long it's been since I've spoken aloud, Bob and I share the occasional head nod. Ironic am I right, that I call the bar stool Bob, mind you everything in this bar, the Alcohol, the bench, tables and especially the stools are all called Bob.

I think I'd been in here for no longer than a year, the days increasingly became longer. I'd tried to hibernate, believe me I'd tried but it never worked. There was this sound, this high pitched howl the reverberated loudly in my ears. It created an ache in my head that would pinch at my skull, and it drove me crazy. It made my ears so sensitive that even when the voices kicked in I struggled to hinder them.

The voices. The constant annoying voices of Russ. Every day at the exact time in which I died he'd attack. He'd infiltrate my brain and echo commands that I could barely comprehend, the rapid Italian that he spoke so fluently would set alight a fire with-in me.

The fidgeting had started after a week of being imprisoned in this in-between alter universe. Personally I wanted to reek Hell in well Hell, but then again I had grown hopeful of the fact that I would one day return. I hoped to be reunited with my pack who had joined forces with Scott, to be reunited with my brother, to fulfil my mother's wishes. And to finally accept that I was free to be happy.

Bob moved suddenly as he was drawn back only to have a very familiar face take a seat. "No." My voice stated hoarse and weak. "You defiantly shouldn't be dead."

"Who? Little oh me. Surely not." Damon said, a look of smoulder littering his face as he smirked winningly at me.

"What have you done now?"

"I blew the Grill up." I raised my eyebrows.

"You're an idiot."

"And you're not?"

"Damon?"

"Yes Crazy Pants."

"Get the hell off of Bob."

"Bob?"

"You're ass is nice and everything but I'm sure Bob," I motioned to the stool, "doesn't appreciate being sat upon."

"Yup defiantly crazy."

"Psh, as if I wasn't already."

"Damon!" A man called, motioning him over, where the wreak of his car lay.

"Yeah I'm coming, and Evelyn is too." Damon stated grabbing my arm.

"I take it you had a plan here." I motioned to his firm grip as he began to run, the hunter following closely behind us.

"Yes, now shut up."

"This wasn't for me." I stated with worry.

"Sort of." Damon retorted as we arrived in the Mystic Falls Cemetery. Where Bonnie stood her arm outstretched, Damon's recent lover taking her hand as she was transported into the real world.
