It All Starts With Friendship[A BTOB Fanfiction~]

Chapter 2

"Park Subin, Is that you?"

I couldnt believe my eyes. I just couldnt. 

"Kim Minjin?"

"It is you! Its been so long! How have you been?"

It was really awkward. He had gotten really handsome. My heart started to beat faster.

"Oh, you know. Im here with Subin. She just loves clubbing."

"How long have you been here?"

"I just came today. Nothing special."

"Oh, well. I kinda have to go, but here is my number, message me later okay?"

"Oh, sure. No problem!"

Oh gosh. Did my voice just crack? WHy of all days. He was getting alot more handsome and cute. Oh my gosh why. He gave me his number and we agreed to meet up sometime next week. I think there was a girl next to him. Is that his girlfriend? In 10th grade, he told me he would never go clubbing because it was a waste of time. Why is he here? People change I guess. I went over to Subin.

"Im going home, im really tired from the trip, have fun!"
"Ok, no problem~"

As I was walking home, I passed the streets with FOOD. I just couldnt resist. As I was eating some Mandu, I heard a bunch of screaming. 

"BTOB, BTOB, BTOB SARANGHAE~"

BTOB? Isnt that Ilhoon's group? I looked over to see them walking around. And there he was. Jung Ilhoon. Why did all my friends suddenly get hot? ANd I saw him looking at me. We just kinda stared at each other for a minute, until he got dragged away by his fellow members. My face got really red.  Calm yourself Shinhye, what is wrong with you? He had gotten alot more manly. And skinnier. What is this deal with everyone changing after a year? Seriously? I walked home and opened the door. I looked out the porch and found a full moon outside. It was beautiful. Who knew I would see my best friends the day I came back from America? I sighed and washed up. I jumped on my bed and hugged my bear plush. My dad had won it for me at this carnival thing in Korea. My eyes slowly began to close as I thought about what had happened that day...

Ilhoon POV:

Is....is....is that Shinhye? I couldnt believe it. I just stared at her until Peniel hyung dragged me to the van. 

"Hey, is something wrong? You just kinda stood there while a mound of fan girls were attacking us."

"Huh, What? Oh sorry. Im just kinda tired."

"Ok..."

I leaned against the window and gazed at the moon. I couldnt be Shinhye. I cant be. She left a year ago to go study, she probably wont be back for at least another 3 years. The day she left, I cried. It sounds really unmanly and all, but She was my best friend. Me and Minjin got in a fight about it the day before she was leaving. 

*Flashback*

"Minjin...I think I have feelings for SHinhye."

"...."

"Minjin?"

"Oh. Um. Thats cool. "

He had this wierd look on his face, like he was going to tell me something.

"Minjin ah?"

"Sorry Ilhoon. To be honest, I kinda have feelings for her too."

"Oh."

WHAT. I thought he liked Subin? OMG. Why. 

"Um...Minjin. I was going to tell you....Im going to go confess to her at the airport tomorrow."

"....I was going to do the same thing Ilhoon."

Could things get anymore awkward.

"....You are kidding right? HAH. You almost got me there."

"....Im really sorry, but im not joking. I know you like her, its just. I need to go tell her."

"Oh, Ok. So. We are both confessing."

"Yeah."

I just couldnt let that happen.

"Dude, im sorry, but I think you need to back off. I like Shinhye for a while now, but I kept it because I thought it would be awkward, and NOw you want to go confess to her? I dont think so."

"I liked her for a while too Ilhoon. You arent the only person who liked her."

"Well, I guess we will see who Shinhye choses then."

After that, we didnt talk to each other. And we never got to go confess because her plane actually went earlier than it was supposed to. I think she just lied about the time so she wouldnt have to see us off. SIgh. My feelings for her havent changed. Snap out of it Ilhoon. Its probably not her. It cant be her. I just...cant...
