It All Starts With Friendship[A BTOB Fanfiction~]

Chapter 26

Ilhoon's POV:

I walked around anxiously. Where could Shinhye be? She was missing for 2 days. She left her phone at her house, and no one had a clue on where she was or what she was doing. What if...no. The kidnapper couldnt have come back. Why wait all these years? No...It cant be. Sungjae rushed inside the house breathing harder than usual. 

"Hyung. I think I heard a gunshot in the distance. Come quickly."Sungjae said nervously. 

I quickly followed him outside. 

"Where did you hear it?"I asked. 

"Over there. I was getting mail and I heard it. Do you think..."Sungjae stopped. 

"It cant be. Lets just go investigate it."I said. 

We hurried to the place where Sungjae heard the sound. It was an empty area, so we decided to split up. I walked around until I saw a girl walking out of a building...

"Excuse me! Hello?"I called out. 

The girl glanced at me and ran away. Because she turned her head so fast, it was hard to make out her face, but I could tell she was very pale, skinny...almost model like...someone very familiar....

Jungah. 

I ran over to the building and texted Sungjae to call 911 and come over to the building quickly. I ran inside in hopes of finding nothing...and still find Shinhye. I ran into this room, where a light was turned on...with a person on a chair. The familiar hair with red stains cause tears to well up in my eyes. 

Shinhye...Shinhye!

I ran over to the chair to find a horrifying mess. She was shot in the head, directly at the right side. Her head was tilting to the side and blood was everywhere. She had bruises, cuts, everything. Half of her long beautiful hair was chopped up messily into chunks of hair. A pool of blood began to form next to my feet. 

"Shinhye! SHINHYE!"I tried waking her up in hopes of finding her concious. I hear an ambulance and a police car outside the building. I untie the blood stained ropes and carry her out as fast as I could. 

"Theres a person coming out, get the paramedics ready!"I heard someone yell. 

"Oh my god..."I heard another one say. 

Right when I got out of the building, the ambulance took Shinhye and put her on a stretcher, into the truck in less than 10 seconds. They left and I stood there, shocked. 

"HYUNG!"Sungjae yelled. 

I stared at my hands. They were covered and literally stained with blood. Shinhye's blood. I never hoped to see Shinhye's blood again...

-Flashback-

"Oh my gosh, Ilhoon! Your bleeding!!"Shinhye yelled.

"Huh? Where?"I asked. 

"Your nose..."She said disguisted. 

"Oh, I must be tired...sorry."I said. 

Shinhye looked away and looked like she was about to barf. Shinhye had a phobia of blood after her parents car crash, so I tried not to include blood into her life...

"Im going out. I think im about to barf."She said. 

Shinhye ran outside and of course, being the gentleman I am, I followed her. When I lost her, I looked around and saw a group of girls gaining up against someone. 

"Just give us your blood. Thats all we need." One girl said. 

"No! Get away from me!"I heard Shinhye yell in fear. 

"Oh thats right, shes afraid of blood..."I heard someone say enthusiastically. 

" Hold her down and give me the knife."someone else said. 

"STOP. GET AWAY FROM ME!!"shinhye screamed. 

I ran to her and pushed the other girls aside. THe girls saw me and ran. I turned to Shinhye. 

"Shinhye, are you ok?...Shinshin?SHINHYE!"I yelled. 

Shinhye fainted. There was a small puddle of blood forming beneath her arm on the floor. 

Shinhye...

-End of Flashback-

I sat in the car praying that Shinhye would survive. The car ride was long and quiet. Every second felt like a year. Slowly, we arrived at the hospital and I stood in the waiting room, back and forth. Shinhye...Please survive...

"Is Mrs. Park Shinhye's Parent or guardigan here?"THe doctor said. 

"Yes, thats me. Is she ok?"I asked. 

"We lost her for a couple seconds, but thankfully, she came back. She lost a significant amount of blood in the process, so we have to watch her on that. And she got shot in the right side of her brain, which may impair some parts of her life, but its a miracle that she survived."The doctor said, 

You did it Shinshin, you kept your promise. You were never going to leave me...
