Chapter 27

Sungjae's POV:

Its been 1 month since Shinhye's accident. She still hasnt woken up. I tried to stay by her side every day in hopes that I would be the first one for her to open her eyes to. I felt my eyes closing slowly...

"Who..."

My eyes opened quickly. I saw her looking at me...with loving eyes...

"Yes, Shinhye! Im here for you. Wait, Doctor! Doctor! She woke up!"I shouted excitedly. 

The doctor came in quickly with a suprised expression. 

"Mrs. Park! Can you hear me? Can you see clearly. Nurse Kim, please go check her vitals."He said. 

"She seems to be perfect healthy Doctor Lee."The nurse said. 

I need to call the Hyungs to tell her she woke up! I started to get up when Shinhye grabbed my arm. 

"Dont leave me please.."She said quietly. 

"Dont worry Shinhye, I would never leave you."I said. 

I sat back down and called Eunkwang hyung. 

"Hyung! Yeah, its me. Bring the members over! Shinhye woke up!Yeah, yeah. Ok. Come quickly!"I said. 

I turned back to Shinhye and grabbed her hand. 

"Im so glad you woke up. I thought you died! I cant even imagine what my life would be like without you!"I said. 

"Um...how do you know me?"She asked. 

"Shinhye...its me! Sungjae! Dont you remember?"I asked. 

"Im afraid not...Can you please tell me who I am?"She asked again. 

Shinhye lost her memory again. I was startled. 

"Shinhye..."I said. 

The members burst open and brought a boquet of flowers and chocolate. 

"Shinhye are you ok!?"They all said. 

Shinhye grabbed my arm in fear. 

"Hyung...she lost her memory. She doesnt know who anyone is..."I said. 

Ilhoon ran to her side almost knocking me over and hugged her. 

"Shinhye! What is he talking about? You lost your memory?"He said worriedly. 

Shinhye screamed. 

"LET GO OF ME!"She screamed. 

Ilhoon almost fell to the floor. 

"Shinhye..."He said with tears starting to form. 

"Please get out. All of you. I dont even know you and you start harrasing me. GET OUT OF MY ROOM. "She screamed. 

Everyone started to leave. I started to rise from my seat. 

"Wait...Sung...sungjae. Dont leave me.."She said. 

"You just told everyone to leave..I dont want to scare you or anything."I said. 

"No..You were the first one to find me, even though I dont remember you...I feel...safe..."She said. 

I sat back down and held her hand gently. 

"Shinhye, Im always here for you and to help you feel safe. Ill help you get better in no time."I said. 

"Thank...thank you."She said. 

Maybe this is the chance ive been waiting for. Maybe...its my turn to get the girl.
