"...you what?"

his cheeks turns red, his eyes widened slightly, and his fiddling thumbs fiddles faster

"i—uhm, uh i l-love you."

holy shit. ho-ly shit.

"are you sure?" my voice is shaky, i flutter my eyes and rapidly blinking them

he nods. he's blushing, burning red tomato cheeks really are visible. he grabs my cheeks and smiles

i touch his hand, and slowly, i melt under his warm touch.

the urge to kiss him is really huge, i just wanna push me and him off this cliff and fall together. i don't know why, honestly.

"l-luke, i don't know—"

"sshh, it's okay. i don't need your answer or anything, i just need to get that out of my chest." he then leaned in and kisses my forehead, his thumb rubbing circles on my cheek, making it blush even more

"forget i said that. so, how have you been?"

forget? how could i forget? you said you love me for god's sake! "i'm fine, i had trouble sleeping, too. but after that i slept for a full day"

he smiles "you're such a sloth. walking slowly and sleeping for twenty-eight hours."

"it's called tired, hemmings, maybe your bat-brain don't know that"

"i'm a bat? fuckin' awesome,"

he laughs as i giggle, almost forgetting the fact that he said he loves me awhile ago

"how about you? what's new?"

"we're going to LA to record some songs for a future project, then arrange the dates for the next tour"

oh. you're leaving me again.

"—and i want you to come with."

my eyes shot up to meet his blue gaze, his eyes are filled with hope "you want me to be with you?"

"y-yeah, if you want. and i need company anyways"

"of course i'll come with!"
