Both Lana and Marina will be pictured as Juniors in high school. Lana who is 17 is unpopular and Marina who is 18 is popular. Lana has been through a lot with divorced parents and has even been raped. On the other hand Marina isn't rich but she isn't poor and lives with both parents even though her father and mother are always fighting. This whole story will take place in L.A. and is the POV of Lana throughout the whole story.
