"Tara!" She heard once she stepped off the plane. Her legs hated her right now, a couple of hours of flying and sitting on a plane reading. She was reading a very popular book, but she didn't like it. It made her cry but it wasn't even well writ for her entertainment.
"Hi," she smiled exhaustedly to her mom.
"Jet lag." Her sister said in a singsong voice.
"Uh, yeah, you fly in a cramped airplane from Michigan to Oregon." Tara turned on Tasha.
"Oh shut it, you're just jealous that I have a soulmate." Tasha winked.
"Oh, back to this again?" Tara rolled his eyes.
"Uh huh," Tasha rubbed in her face.
"Speaking of which, she's getting married on New Year's." Mom said. Tara groaned.
"I knew there was a reason that you wanted me here other than family business or whatever," Tara whined.
"Now there's going to be no complaining, you have to go. I even invited Lindsey to make sure you're not bored to death." Mom said, "let's go home."
The car ride was long and silent, besides Tasha's snoring. Tara was tempted to shut her mouth but she was too exhausted to lean over the passenger seat to physically close her sister's mouth. Instead she turned up the radio to hear music from her favourite band No Plot Line.
"Goodnight my sweet love, it's been a long day," the radio and Tara's voice in the mix rang in the small car.
A few hours later, they were merely five minutes from home, but Mom stopped and turned into the parking lot of Belle's place.
"I thought you all would want a nice seasonal drink with a muffin," Mom said.
"Yeah, a white hot chocolate with a pumpkin muffin sounds glorious," Tara smiled wearily.
"Tasha, anything for you?" Mom asked.
"Nah, I would like to fit into my wedding dress," Tasha smiled.
"So you're not going to eat anything on Thanksgiving?" Tara asked.
"Belle is a witch, trying to fatten people up and eat them," Mom said sarcastically.
"Alright so... You let me go in, I haven't seen Belle in four years." Tara offered.
"Fine, go in, child," Mom said.
"Thanks," Tara smiled.

James, Scott and Benny met up with a friend before going to Belle's on accident. They were walking down the sidewalk, Scott moping and the other two laughing and falling over the ice.
"Hey you three!" Kelson exclaimed.
"Hey!" Benny and James grinned simultaneously.
"Hi," Scott moped more.
"Oh look at Mr. Grumpy-Pants," Kelson frowned in a teasing manner.
"You don't want to do that," Benny warned.
"Do what?" Kelson asked, completely clueless.
"You're tormenting the poor baby!" James said, hugging Scott, who pushed away.
"What happened?" Kelson asked.
"He'll tell you when he's feeling better," Benny answered.
"And that will be after we go to Belle's," James laughed.
"Are you high?" Kelson asked.
"In feelings but not on drugs, want to go to Belle's with us?" Benny asked.
"Sure," Kelson smiled himself and joined the chaos. They all slowly made their way to Belle's and walked in the doorway. Then, Benny exclaimed something to all of their surprise.
"Oh hi Tara! How's it going? Haven't seen you in four years!"
