Blood Is Thicker Than Water (pt. 2)

****Mariah's POV****

Whitney and I were in Chick Fil A to get something to eat because I was hungry as hell, like always. We had already ordered and was waiting on our food, when I looked over and noticed Gavin and some girl sitting together at on of the booths.

"Nippy, look.....it's your baby daddy." I whispered, pointing over at him.

"That is not my baby daddy, Mimi. He's just a friend of mine, that's all." Whitney responded, rolling her eyes. It had been about 2 months since we met Gavin, and Whitney had talked to him over the phone about 5 times at the most. She was careful not to call from her phone too much because she didn't want him to find out about the gang she was in, and they were the ones who had provided us with cell phones.

"Well, I'm gonna go see who that is with him.....it better not be one of his hoes." I said.

"Mariah, don't go over there. Please, don't embarrass me by going."

"Too late, I'm going anyway!!" I giggled, walking over to where they were seated. I looked back and saw that Whitney went to the complete opposite side of the restaurant, making me giggle even harder.

"Yo, Gavin!!" I called, causing him to look up.

"Oh, uhm hey Mariah." he nervously responded. I sat down next to him, making him look at me weirdly, so I decided to speak up.

"Why are you being like this? I ain't gone bite.....unless you want me to." I smirked.

"W-well, I-"

"I'm just kidding, Gavin. Gosh, loosen up some." I laughed.

"I'm confused." Gavin stated.

"Why?"

"Because, you hated me last time we saw each other......and now you're being nice to me."

"Oh, haha!! I'm kinda insane, and I was also in a shitty mood that day. But I'm better now." I smiled.

"So anyway, who's this?" I continued, looking over at the girl.

"I'm Jaselle, Gavin's sister." she said.

"Okay, Jaselle. My name's Mariah, but can I call you Jas?"  I questioned.

"You can call me whatever you want, with yo fine ass....." Jaselle replied, mumbling the last part under her breath. I giggled and got up to sit next to Jaselle, then I grabbed her hand under the table and smiled.

"You think I'm fine?" I asked.

"Wait, I-I didn't know you heard that." she blushed, a little embarrassed.

"Well, I did.....and I think you're pretty damn cute yourself." I whispered in her ear, followed by kissing it.

"Mariah, you like girls?" Gavin asked in shock.

"I'm bisexual, but I do love me a pretty ass stem.....they're my favorite." I told him.

"You can tell I'm a stem?" Jaselle questioned.

"Mhmmm. I could feel it when I sat by you.....your vibes were too masculine to be a fem, but not masculine enough to be a butch." I explained. I've always been able to feel people's vibes and things, ever since I was a little kid.....I guess you could say that I was gifted.

"Uhm, Mariah? I'd really appreciate it if you didn't hit on my little sister." Gavin stated.

"Why?"

"Cause, she already got hella hoes.....and I know you do too. I don't think that it'll be healthy for two players to be together, to be honest." he said, making me laugh.
