****Jaselle's POV****

We ran through the doors of the hospital and I ran straight to the counter, skipping the people who were already there for their papers. I heard a few people complain about me doing that, but I didn't care.....I just needed them to help Mariah.

"Hey, you ca-" someone started.

"Shut up, just SHUT THE HELL UP!!!!" I screamed, interrupting them. The receptionist came to the desk and looked at me, then she went to the intercom without questioning me.

"We have somebody bleeding out......any available doctor, come to the waiting room NOW!!" she said over the intercom. She then came back over to where we were and ran her fingers through her hair, followed by speaking up.

"What happened to her?" she asked.

"I d-don't know.....we were just s-sitting outside and she was c-crying about something, so I held h-her in my lap. S-she stopped crying so I thought th-that she had went to sleep, but then I looked down and sh-she.....she was bleeding. H-her nose is bleeding, a-and she's bl-bleeding from like her stomach o-or maybe from between her legs......th-there's blood still running from everywhere...." I sobbed. Just as I finished, some doctors came down and got Mariah from my arms to place her on a stretcher. They started rolling her through some double doors and I followed, but one of them stopped me and pushed me back a little.

"You can't come back here ma'am." she said.

"Pl-please, let me go." I begged.

"I can't allow you to do th-"

"Ma'am, Mariah means t-too much to me for m-me to leave her like that."

"We can't let you back, unless you're a rela-"

"I'm her girlfriend!" I lied. I mean, it wasn't a complete lie because I was planning to ask Mariah to be mine......but I was gonna court her first, and take her on some dates before I did so.

"That's not really a relative." she said.

"Ma'am, PLEASE......I swear I won't get in the way. I-I just wanna know what's wrong s-so that my family and h-her sister won't be on edge. Please...." I pleaded. She looked at me as she mentally debated whether she should allow me back, then she sighed and nodded her head.

"Fine, you can come back there....but if she has to go to surgery, you can't go there." she told me.

"Thank you SO much." I said, as we went back to a room with each other. When we got back there, I noticed that they had taken Mariah's clothes off and had her covered with a hospital blanket while they examined her, so the doctor joined them. They had packed her nostrils, which I assumed was to stop her nose bleed, and her legs were propped open as one of the doctors examine her from down there. Another doctor rushed in pushing one of those sonogram machines, and she was hooking everything up to Mariah.

"Let's see what's making her bleed....." she mumbled. She cut a small section out of the blanket so she could get to Mariah's stomach, then she got some gel and rubbed it all over the open area. While she did that, one of the other doctors got Mariah's hand and pricked her finger, followed by getting a tube and attaching it to a little bag thing. He squeezed Mariah's finger and I watched as he squeezed the blood into the tube until the bag at the end was full, then he put a band aid on her finger and ran out with the bag.

I sat in the room for about 10 more minutes as they continued to examine her, and the doctors talked about the things they found with their big words. I just kept watching until the doctor who took Mariah's blood ran back in and said:
