|Madi's POV

After the night at Bryce's, Bryce and I talked non-stop. He was always over at my place, or I was over there. I could tell Mark was getting mad, but then again, Haillie was over here with him all the time.

"So, are you and Bryce like a thing?" Mark asked as he leaned against the counter. We were currently making cookies for our grandma's Christmas party that was later that night.

"No, we're not. What about you and Haillie?" I asked and put the cookies in the oven.

"I mean, I plan on asking her out soon, maybe on New Years."

"Awwee!" I cooed and pinched his cheeks. He laughed and blushed.

"So you accept the fact that I may possibly be dating your best friend in like a week?"

"As long as you accept Bryce and me. I mean how am I going to date your best friend without your approval, but then you date mine with my approval."

"Don't worry, I already talked to Bryce about that. I approve of you guys." I lifted my arms and hugged him.

"Have I ever told you that you're the best brother ever?" I asked and pulled away from the hug.

"Yea a couple of times," he laughed and set the timer.

---

I had to dress formal for this party, so I put on a pink dress with a pair of matching pink heels. I curled my hair and put on some light makeup. Mark walked in as I pulled my phone out. I waved him over and stood in front of my body mirror. "You have to take a selfie with me."

"Only because I love you." He chuckled and stood behind me. He stood like a super hero while I just smiled and took the picture. I posted it on instagram with the caption 'Christmas parties with my favorite.'

Mark and I walked downstairs as I saw Haillie and Bryce. Haillie was wearing a blue dress with black heels and her hair was straightened. Bryce had on a salmon color button up with a pair of black dress pants. God did he look hot as hell.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked simply.

"They are our dates for tonight." Mark said and linked arms with Haillie. "Surprise."

I laughed and linked arms with Bryce. My mom and John told us it was time to go, so we all walked out towards our cars. It was Mark, Haillie, and John in one, my mom, Bryce, and me in the other.

"You look absolutely beautiful," Bryce whispered in my ear as I closed the door. I tried to hide my blush, but it didn't work.

"You don't look too bad yourself Mr. Hall." I smiled and looked up at him. He smiled down at me laced his fingers with mine. We got in the back of my mom's car and left for the party.

My mom turned on the radio just when 679 by Fetty Wap came on. I instantly started and dancing in my seat, and soon Bryce joined. So there we were, singing and dancing to 679 with my mom laughing her ass off in the front seat.

When we got there, everyone rushed to meet Bryce. A majority of my family has met Haillie because I have a habit of taking her everywhere I go. Bryce was kind to everyone, but then he got to my pap. Oh God.

"So, you like my grand baby?" He asked, his New York accent filled the room.

"Yes, sir." He said and smiled.

"You don't plan on hurting her, do you? Cause if you do, ill have to kick your ass."

"No, I dont plan on hurting her, she means a lot to me." I looked down to hide my blush. Bryce squeezed my hand and continued to talk to my pap. They got along quite well, surprisingly.

Bryce got to know my family more, and even found out more embarrassing stories. Then when they all went downstairs to do god only knows what, Bryce and I stepped outside. It was dark and the stars were shining bright.

"You know what I like," Bryce asked. I looked up at him and asked him what. "This. Just you and me, looking up at the stars late at night. It's becoming one of my favorite things."

I blushed as his fingers brushed against mine. I took his hand and smiled. We looked up at the stars and pointed out the shapes and figures we could see, just when I realized something.

I was falling in love with Bryce Hall.
