She's been sitting in her car outside the dark-haired man's apartment building, contemplating the outcome of the predicament. The nervousness taking control of her own body, as she tightened the grip of the wheel more firmly with her now sweaty palms. Nina kept second guessing her thoughts, but she now knew what she needs to do, it would be wrong of her to keep caring on with what the off-screen couple have.

She gulped heavily, finding the necessary strength to exit her own car and make her way towards the building. The distance between Nina and Ian was slowly closing up, as the much younger one didn't know what his reaction would be to a sudden change, Nina had a very good perspective of what it could have turned out like if she stayed with him, she wanted to avoid it as much as possible.

Walking slowly in the corridor that lead her to his home, the Bulgarian felt the intense uneasiness each step she took. Approaching the door of the older man she hesitated to knock, uncurling her fingers and resting her hand back to it's side.

Nina inhaled as much oxygen as she can obtain and released it slowly, calming her nerves down a little as again the actress formed her hand into a fist and knocked lightly on the wooden surface.

She heard the sound of the knob open, the younger one had no time to react until she saw the ocean blue eyes widen to the surprising visit.

"Hey! I didn't know you were coming" The older one spoke nonchalantly, leaving the door open and walking back to where he previously was. Nina invited herself in to his home and made her way to where he had wandered off, she stood there and waited until the older one noticed the silence she brought with her.

"I made some food......well not made it, made it, but I ordered some" Ian informed, feeling the presence of the brunette in his kitchen, as the signature grin traced on his lips. He reached forward to grab another plate from the upper cabinet, assuming she was hungry he served the brunette a plate and both made their way to the dining table.

"So, wanna tell me what brings you here?" Ian questioned Nina, as the clicking and clacking of their forks continued. "You usually call or text when you come over.... something must be important for you to just only show up?"

"Why are you assuming something is important? Maybe I just wanted to come see you" She responded sternly, but immediately felt at fault for the tone of voice. "But now that I'm here we need to talk...". The room quickly gained silence, Ian having no sense of idea as to what it is the younger one wanted to discuss about.

"Let's do this another time" He insisted, earning a now angry, confused facial expression from Nina. "It's been a hectic morning and I just have a lot to..." He tried explaining but his words briskly cut off by the brunette.

"Fine, then lets speed up the process, shall we?" Nina's voice said appearing bitter.

She set down her fork with a clashing sound, as she got up unwaveringly and took hold of Ian's hand, leading him to his own living room. Nina was infuriated with anger, her nervousness having changed from the sudden words he had abruptly spoke. She quickly turned around and let him go, distancing herself first before starting her revelation.

"Take a seat first" The Bulgarian demands.

"Look Nina.. Can we talk about this another time..." The dark-haired man said softly, but was cut off again by Nina who repeated her demand. He obeyed and sat down on the couch.

"There won't be another time Ian, I'm tired of redeeming what I need to say.... what I have to say" Nina outwardly spoke, she sighed quietly, preparing herself mentally for what she's about to say. "Look Ian, we've been through somethings together, and you've given me so much to explore, you showed me what life is about and the beauties around it, how nature works..."

She turns her head towards the decorated wall behind the television screen, finding a picture of the two at the Directv Celebrity Beach Bowl earlier in the year, the picture being a popular one amongst the others taken of them. She re-called the time being the greatest memory out the others she's had with him. She averted from the depths of her mind when the familiar voice spoke.

"Are you saying what I think you're saying here Nina? Or...?" He inquire, becoming mildly curious to her cautious words. Nina's face showed evident confusion, which riled Ian up more. "You said no to me Nina.... you weren't ready for it, remember? Because I clearly do" The blue eyed man said, standing up and making small steps towards her.

"Woah this has nothing to do with that Ian, I'm not second guessing my answer.." She says defensively back.

"Then why are you here... why are you rushing to talk to me? He in quested, lifting his arms up as well as shrugging his shoulders.

Nina chuckled harshly, her anxiousness being replaced with now livid anger. The young actress didn't prepare herself to end on bad terms with Ian, but she was stuck in the situation already. Her brain covering up the amount of remorse she felt regarding him.

"Why am I... I..I can't even.... I have absolutely no.. This is about us and our relationship Ian! There is more to life than work and interviews, did you ever come to the conclusion of it? Where life isn't just suppose to be about one thing, but should be filled with so many other things besides your profession." She shouted blandly. "For the last couple of months the only thing we've been doing is arguing... When have we ever sat down and actually discuss anything that doesn't have to do with work? Because I can't remember a single time." She sighed, recollecting her anger and gaining her self control again. "I understand you have your own things going on.. a-and I know your foundation is something you need to keep tabs with... But when will you set your priorities aside and give us time to just... be a couple?"

"I never knew that's how you felt..." Is all he managed to say, as he stood up from the couch, maneuvering to the actress standing just across from him. "I want to make this right again, I want to be the man that you deserve Nina.." Ian assures, placing his palms on both cheeks of her face.

The brown eyed actress shakes her head, not wanting to give in to the same recognizable words. Ian knew she was vulnerable at this point, and was willing to hear what she wanted. This time though, it wasn't like the last few occurrences, where her attempts have failed. She had a reason, a purpose to fight against his words.

"The person who makes you feel most alive" Is what the Bulgarian kept in mind at the very moment of resistance.

"Someone who you can show and tell everything to without having even a second thought about it" The sentence that screamed in her mind, that repeated constantly, her susceptible now turing into something strong, more willing.

"No Ian... It's to late to make this right" She reveals. Ian's confidence now banishing with the sudden words she spoke, he let go of her face and set his gaze upon her own chocolate orbs.

"This is over Ian.... I can't keep... keep this up, not anymore" Nina said, avoiding any eye contact with him. "Goodbye Ian...".

Nina left his home, but stopping just at the door to take once last look at Ian, who just stood there, with no words, having been caught off guard and unprepared for such a moment with his now ex-girlfriend.

She quickly paced to her car, and sat there for what seemed forever. Nina felt a weight lift off her shoulders, the sudden revelation of her own actions and her own feelings soon rushing back to what they officially were. Ian wasn't just someone she was interested in, but a somewhat distraction, a cover up to who she tried compressing feelings for. The in denial woman coming face to face with the unspoken truth. Nina's feelings for Paul didn't just happen, they'd always been there, since the beginning.
