"Never have I ever had car sex."
Six shot glasses were slammed right back on the table just as quickly. "Now I know y'all didn't just- okay freaks." Kat said while just preparing to move on to the next question.
Nina laughs, feeling a little called out but she knew she wasn't the only one. It was a night out with some of her fellow coworkers and slamming shots at 8 pm seemed an like a good idea at first until drinking games came in the mix.
"Thank GOD season 5 is halfway through guys. This has probably the most exhausting season yet with the amount of people." Michael Trevino said, the one who plays the part of Tyler.
"It's honestly kind of annoying how Julie just made shit go worse after season 3." The whole group nodded in agreement to Nina's statement.
"NEXT ROUND!" Joseph yells. It was an odd group of them but for some reason it wasn't as awkward or weird as Nina expected. She had her best friend Julianne accompany her to Kat's new apartment, all though it was Thursday night and the majority of them have to go on set to film, it was nice finding a group who really didn't care too much. Besides, they all do deserve this downtime.
As they all were playing and talking, Kat looked at Nina and directed her eyes towards the kitchen, insinuating them to go there and discuss more. With that in mind, Nina excuses herself to Juli asking her if she wants anything from the kitchen, she nods no and continues her conversation with Jessica, another one of Nina's good friends.
"So what's up?" Kat questioned to Nina, as she reaches into the refrigerator.
"With what?" Nina asks, unsure of what Kat is referring to.
"You know, with whatever happened with Candice, when was that? Like last weekend or something?"
"Oh, yeah I didn't forget. I just haven't gone out of my way to text or call her, seeing as she probably isn't planning on doing that either."
"Yeah but I mean.. she likes Paul. There has to be a reason for that. Has Paul ever said anything? Wait.. have you even told him what happened?"
"I had a problem with him as it was. Ugh, do we have to get into this right now? I just hate thinking about it because it leads to me assuming and then when I'm with Paul I just don't really know how to act or be with him. He hasn't ever brought up Candice as more then just a coworker."
"Okay sure, but she was suppose to be coming to this little get together and didn't even show up, I texted her like 4 times before she even got back to me and said that she "fell asleep" what is she 15?" Kat complains.
"Well, did she know I was coming? Pretty sure she saw the Snapchat Joseph posted of all of us. So maybe she opted out of coming because I'm here and she has no idea what to say to me because she's crushing on my boyfriend."
"You're probably right but instead of being straight up she decides to lie? She's just making shit worse for herself with the way she wants to handle things."
"As long as I know Paul is really with his friends playing basketball, I have no reason to care. I'm not going out of my way to talk to her. I think it's only fair"
"I guess so"
"Hey! Are you guys joining the party or you guys just having your own VIP one in the kitchen!?" Joseph yells, catching both their attention.
"Yeah! Wait!!! Guys what if their gonna cook for us? Aww guys, yoru're so cute for that." Michael adds, appearing a little more tipsy then when they last saw him.
Everyone follows suit with their awe's and "you didn't have to" and it was quite amusing despite the assumptions. "Guys, chill we are not cooking." Nina says as she walks back towards the living area with Kat right by her side.
