not the best of chapters. im sorry for the long wait! :(
"I still can't believe that you called me just to go bourbon searching for you." Paul sighed, looking amongst the other aisles within the fairly large liquor store.
"Hey man, it was either that or have Julie think I'm cheating by buying a bourbon she isn't thrilled with." Michael said, as he follows Paul around the aisles.
"And I may be many things, yet a cheater I am
not." He proceeded as he picked up a glass bottle of whiskey and looks at it. "Paul, why don't we just get this one and call it a day?"The green eyed man stops dead in his tracks to then turn around and advert his gaze to the crystal glass bottle Michael held.
"In case you forgot to read, that's cinnamon bourbon." He says.
"What's wrong with that?" Michael questions.
"Well you don't do to well with spicy... plus Julie isn't a big fan either."
"God, what does she like? She so picky."
"Well, have you ever had Kentucky bourbon?" Paul asks.
"No, this'll be the first time around." Michael responds back, putting the bottle back to its original place.
"Oh, trust me. When you try this you won't ever go back to any other bourbon." Paul states, holding up what seems to be the correct bottle and proceeding to check out.
"After centuries of looking we finally have it!" Michael says, holding up the bottle to signify "victory".
"It's a good thing we're vampires, eh?" Paul mentions.
"I'll see you tomorrow on set Mike, be careful and tell me how that challenge goes! I wanna know all about it!"
"Woah, woah! You can't just leave like that man!"
"Oh yeah? Watch me." Paul says, as he pats Michael on the shoulder and continues to walk towards the exit.
"Join the challenge with us P!"
"I'm not trying to wake up with a hangover tomorrow, thank you though." Paul responds, turning his back towards Michael so he is now backwards walking.
"I'll bet you two hundred bucks if you win both Julie and I." Michael shouts, which causes Paul to stop dead in his tracks.
Usually in a bet, a person would offer ten, twenty or the largest amount of it being fifty. Yet what Michael had to bet was something that Paul was not going to turn down. Two hundred dollars if he beats both Julie Plec and Michael Malarkey in this dumb challenge the both of them made? It'll be such a breeze for Paul to win given that he's a pro at taking shots.
"Two hundred? To see who can do the most shots? Let me think.. yeah no." Paul decides, trying to up the price of the bet even hire.
"We'll double it."
"Triple it."
"No."
"Then I'm not in" Paul says, proceeding to walk away as he did just before.
"Okay! Fine! Six hundred if you beat BOTH me and Julie." Michael gives in, sighing because now he'll have to pull a few tricks up his sleeve so Paul doesn't win.
"I'm still not convinced, but I'll do it anyway just to see you loose" Paul smirked, offering a handshake to Michael, sealing the deal.
"In your dreams Wesley."
Once they finally reach set, they all adjusted themselves to the iconic Salvatore living room. The camera crew and other members of the cast joining in as well.
