"Dixon," I began to demand, walking along beside his motorcycle as we made our way into the woods.

"Wut?" He muttered, not looking at me.

"Do I really look bad in a dress?"
The stupid little question that had been on my mind for days. I wanted to see if whether he was being absolutely serious or if he was just being a jerk.
"Like, really, tell me. 'Cause I can't tell."

"You look fine in a dress." He resented. "But, you don't look good. Dresses ain't your thing, nor Beth's. Though she does sport 'em better than ya."

I puckered my lips, staring at him. I had never particularly loved dresses, no, but hearing it from him made my blood stir for some reason.

"Well," I said, brushing it off. "I think you'd look positively sexy." ((One of you know what I'm talking about XD)) He jolted, completely off guard by the compliment. "A fluffy, pink dress with little bows and sparkles. Now arrow bows, little ballerina bows."

And that's how I retaliate. Say the darnedest and strangest things if I'm mad. I'm weird.

He stuttered for an answer, shaking his head. "You're an idiot!" He muttered, making the funniest face I've ever seen him make.

"Ah, but maybe you would." I stuck my tongue out at him before trotting up to Andrea, who was chuckling. I felt like a little school kid.

"He likes you." Andrea teased once we were out of earshot. "He likes you a lot. You mess with his head."

"In what way? Through my beauty," I did a very failed hair flip, "or my beautiful sarcasm?"

She laughed. "I'm pretty sure the second one."

I grinned. Andrea was pretty cool. Dale walked over. "What're you two girls talking about?" He asked with a twinkle in his eyes.

"Girly girl stuff." Andrea chuckled.

"Oh?" Dale rose a brow.

((Meh, now I wanna hug dale. I miss him so much.))

"Yeah. Ya know, guys and stuff." Dale looked around and laughed. "Anyways, you wouldn't be interested."

"Oh wouldn't I?" We all laughed. "So, anyone know where exactly we're heading?"

"That way!" I pointed straight ahead.

"Yes." He smiled. "But we need a plan..."

"We need to find the Greenes and Glenn." Andrea spoke. I nodded.

There had indefinitely been a gap since we had lost Beth, Glenn, Maggie, and Hershel. Hershel was the voice of reason that helped Dale, honestly, and Glenn and Maggie helped to show that the old life was still alive in some ways. Beth of course was the sweet little singing angel who helped everyone.

As I thought about that I began to think about myself. What did I contribute to the group? Rick was a leader. Daryl a protector. Andrea was a bit of everything. Michone was funny and a protector. The children helped us hold on to out sanity. Carol was a mother figure and good fighter.

Me... I was the odd one out, honestly. I was the carefree little ball of sunshine that got into everyone's business and tried to help, most often screwing up.
I was the fluffy, emotional girl with more heart than anyone, probably.

I sighed. I was the odd one out, definitely. I was the fifth wheel but also a valued member... I think.

My stomach growled softly and I tried to quiet it. We had only a little food and had to ration it until we got more. That's what we needed.

"Dale, we need food and everyone else... Can you talk to them?" I asked softly.

Dale looked at me, smiled, and nodded. "Can do."
