{Chapter Eleven} "It's not nice to hit a girl." A deep voice said instead and I pressed my eyes close tightly, my hair shielding the stranger from me. I felt fingers brushing against my face and my hair was pulled behind my ear. "Look at me."
One thing I knew is to never look in the eyes of a werewolf hunter, they had a special ability that makes you get in a daze and that's when they'll make their move. Rumors are that they were working with witches to help them eliminate us, mostly because we were powerful than most werewolves and witches combined.
There were plenty of packs that knew about our story but never worried about it but there were packs that got hungry for the power that me and my mother have. No one knew about me, just my mother but with her out of service they had to check her backgrounds. That explains the feeling of people watching me closely, they were making sure that I was the one before making their move.
"Leave..!" The werewolf surprised me by saying and I looked at him warily as the one holding me slowly let go. I didn't know what he was planning on doing but whatever it was I had to make sure to not fall for it.
"But the Alpha said...." The one that was holding me tried to argue but the werewolf hunter shot him a glare. So he wasn't the Alpha, interesting. He looks like an Alpha to me, the Alpha's son maybe? I don't care either way he's the enemy.
"I don't care I said leave... I'll talk to the Alpha later and don't tell him about her, I'll do that myself." They nodded and sped away from the scene, leaving me with this this ugh! I don't even know what to call him
"Stay away! I know how to defend myself from guys like you." I spat out in rage as I backed away from him, my golden eyes narrowing firmly at him. He let out a bluffed laugh and dropped his face into a serious one that made me cringed away.
"Guys like me?" He stalked toward me in a slow pace and I moved as far away from him as possible. "You're wrong. You never saw a guy like me before. I'm capable of doing so much worse." I shrunk when my back hit the wall and pressed my cheek against the wall as I closed my eyes tightly.
I felt his heavy breathing down my cheek and my toes curled up. "Tell me who's that smell on you?" I frowned as I slowly opened my eyes. "You have a scent on you, who is it?" I pulled my hair back and removed myself from the wall. "Tell me!
I groaned when he slammed me more against the wall and pinned my hands above my head, his teeth gritting against each other as he stared at me fuming. "You need to learn how to treat a woman." I tsked at him tauntingly and gasped when he gripped my jaw.
"Listen to me and listen good girl, you might have the scent of my mate on you but I won't hesitate to turn you in you hear me?" He put his legs between mine and pressed me more against the wall so I couldn't move an inch, his eyes boring into mine.
"What? I don't have your mate scent on me that sounds a bit lesbianic don't you think?" I mocked him as I blew my hair away from my face and yelped when he clutched his hand around my neck. "So now you're killing me for speaking to truth?"
"Answer me!" He spat out angrily as he pressed me more against the wall and I gasped loudly as I coughed out when he was removed from me. I coughed up madly as I grabbed my throat and breathed out restless.
A dark figure hovered above the hunter as he fisted him over and over in his face, his hand pulling him by his collar to meet his fist. "Summer!" I rushed toward my sister and held her close as Khalid continued to hit the hunter.
"Winter please! Tell him to stop." Summer screamed out as she tried to get loose and I held her still confused as to why she was telling me to stop Khalid and then something hit me. You might have the scent of my mate on you but I won't hesitate to turn you in you hear me?
