{Chapter twelve} I woke up sweating and panting, my chest moving up and down madly as I looked around my room. I swung my legs out of the bed and got out, screaming when I saw the bed red and then blood started to pour from the walls.
I started to look around in panic, my feet trying not to step into the blood that were running on the floor and rushed toward the bathroom, closing the door behind me to press my back against it. I gasped as I turned around and look at blood pouring down the door frame and backed away.
My hands touched the counter and I turned around, my chest heaving up and down and my throat dry. I felt something strange on my back and turned half around as I lifted my shirt, fresh cuts all over my back with blood pouring out of them.
I screamed out uncontrollably as blood started to come out of my eyes, nose and mouth. I shrieked out repeatedly as I brought my hands to my face, backing away. I tripped down in the blood, my body slipping around in the blood as I tried to stand up.
Blood poured from every inch of my bathroom, mirrors, windows, counter, floor, cabinets and drawers everywhere. I sobbed hysterically, my hands and legs moving to stand up. I gripped at the bloody counter and pushed myself up on my feet, raising my legs as I could to get out of the bathroom.
I gasped loudly and cupped my hand on my mouth, my eyes widening. "Khalid?" I looked around the room to see every one of the people I love dead, a big hole in their chest without a heart. I shrieked out loudly as I looked up at the ceiling, falling on my knees.
"You let me die, now I'm killing everyone you love." No, no. That person isn't my mom no no. I clutched at my head as I shook it repeatedly in denial. This person wasn't my mom, it wasn't. "You had one mission and you failed, you failed."
"No, No! Go away! You'll never win. You'll never win!" An evil laugh broke through the bloody room, sending shivers down my spine. "You're not real, you're not real." I dug my fingers in my hair as I shook my head.
"You failed!" I jolted awake gasping, the evil voice laugh echoing through my head as I grasped my chest, my legs moving up to rest my knees against my chest as I rocked my body back and forth.
I cupped my hands in front of my mouth as I broke down into sobs, squeezing my mouth as tears ran down my cheeks. "You failed! You failed!" No, no. I shook my head repeatedly as I rocked myself back and forth and cupped my ears.
"You're not real, you're not real go away!" I swung the covers off of me and walked toward the bathroom, taking my clothes off.
I got inside of the shower and leaned my head down as the water poured down on me, my hands touching the cold shower wall. I moved a hand across my face to remove the water from my eyes and turned off the shower. I soaped my body and washed myself up after, getting out of the shower.
I wrapped a towel around my body and walked to my room to get dressed. "Good morning fam." I gave my father's cheek a big smooch before taking a seat next to him. "Hmm, breakfast smells good."
"I'm done eating." Summer dumped her napkin on the table and pushed the chair away, standing up and left the dinner room. My father shot me a look and then looked at my sister's retreating back confused.
"What happened between you two?" My father asked as he put down his fork with a sigh. "We need to talk about yesterday, we were worried about you."
"I just can't believe you're giving up on my mother." I pushed my chair away from the table and stood up. "I'm not hungry anymore." I made my way out of the dinner room and walked up the stairs to try to talk to my sister.
"Summer? I need to talk to you." I knocked on her door as I leaned my head on the door slowly. "Please Sum...I..." I choked on my words as my hand slipped down the door with my body following after, slowly starting to feel breathless and my heart arching. I choked out as I clutched at my neck with my vision darkening before everything turned black.
