Summer's POV

{Chapter Forty Seven} We stared at the doctor as he moved the transducer around, his other hand on the machine as he looked around for the baby. He furrowed his eyebrows, moving the transducer around. It's been more than ten minutes and I was starting to get worried. "What's wrong doctor? Am I still pregnant?"

"The real question here is, were you really pregnant in the first place

"The real question here is, were you really pregnant in the first place." The doctor responded back with a sigh, pulling away the transducer as he wiped the gel away from my stomach. "I didn't find any trace that indicates that you've been pregnant before, the tests we did with you showed that you were three weeks pregnant when you died. You were buried with your baby inside of you, it should be there still but for some reason it isn't."

"So you're saying that I was never pregnant?" I asked with furrowed eyebrows in confusion, "If the tests they did to me showed that I was pregnant why isn't the baby inside of me?" I asked the doctor not understanding how is it possible that the t...

"So you're saying that I was never pregnant?" I asked with furrowed eyebrows in confusion, "If the tests they did to me showed that I was pregnant why isn't the baby inside of me?" I asked the doctor not understanding how is it possible that the tests they did said I was three weeks pregnant and now there isn't anything that indicates that I was pregnant or that I am.

"I'm sorry, there must have been a mistake with the tests." The doctor said as he stood up, I got out of the bed and he walked us toward the door. "See you around." The doctor said as he opened the door, stepping back

We got out of his office and headed out of the building. The ride home was quiet, we both didn't speak or say anything. I leaned my arm on the window and rested my head on it as we drove to the pack territory.

"This shouldn't have ended like this." I said as I took a step forward and placed my hand on the glass, Yeoman's head shooting up to stare at me.

My body subconsciously took a step back when my eyes met his, they were still pretty much blood red and black veins underneath his eyes, running down his neck and arms. I gulped down and stared at him in the eyes, there wasn't any glint of goodness in his eyes, nor innocence.

It was as if he was replaced with a different person.

I was deep in thoughts, so many things swirled in my mind at once that I couldn't get a grip on myself. I somehow wished that I was still dead.....I resurrected only to bring more drama into my life. What a day to be alive, sighs. Note the sarcasm?
