Chapter 3

Ellen's Pov

Me, Rydel and Ross sat talking for a few minutes until Ross said, "Ellen, can you stay in the apartment we're staying in tonight? There's 2 spare beds in Rydel's room so you and your friend can both stay."

I didn't know what to say, I was surprised and I thought this was all a dream. I lightly pinched myself and when I realized I was just a very lucky girl, I told him that I'd love to but I would have to ask my family first.

He told me to text my mum and she texted back almost straight away.

"Hey mum, how are you? I'm backstage with Ross and Rydel, they've invited me and Emma to stay in their apartment for the night. Please mum, please"

"Ellen I was so worried! Like the Ross and Rydel you've been obsessing over for years? That sounds so amazing, are you sure they invited you and you're not inviting yourself?"

"No mum, Ross invited me. Please!"

"Okay, be good!"

"Thank you so much mum!"

I put my phone down and told Ross that I'd love to, I'm still in complete shock that Ross Lynch is talking to me, never mind inviting me to stay the night!

Ross's Pov

I'm so excited to show the rest of the band Ellen, she's really pretty, amazing, funny. Oh, and did I mention pretty?

We walked to the room they were all sitting in, they had ordered pizza and were eating it. Well Ryland was completely stuffing his face with pepperoni passion, as per usual, it everyone else was eating it. I walked through with Ellen and Rydel and I were so excited.

Mom and Dad give her a look up and down but they both have a smile on their faces. Riker and Rocky look at me with a grin and I could tell Ryland thought she looked pretty cool.

I told her to grab a piece of pizza and she went for a piece of Hawaiian, she told me it's her favorite, which is weird because it's my favorite too. She sat down in between me and Riker and Riker told her that she should treat me better than Courtney did. Ellen said that she wouldn't hurt me like that and I couldn't help but smile.

I know already that we're going to be just fine.

Rocky's Pov

Ellen and Emma both seem so nice, the whole family already love Ellen so much ... The age difference shouldn't be an issue, I really hope not anyway. She's so mature, definitely more mature than Ross anyway, he's a big kid really.

We sat and ate our pizza until we were all full, we got our equipment packed away and headed to the hotel.

We got into the mini van and I sat beside Ellen who was in the middle, so she was beside Ross too. We all asked Ellen questions like what's your favorite color, animal, movie and sport.

She answers truthfully to all the questions we asked and she seems really down to earth and that she would fit into our family perfectly.

The drive is only 30 minutes and when we get to the hotel we get our kit-bag's and walk to the front door.

Ellen's Pov

This apartment is so beautiful. Emma and I are getting on so well with Rydel and she told us that we're both already like sisters to her. That made me feel really welcomed.

The rest of the family are so lovely as well, I hope they feel the same way about me. But the way they've been talking, they love me already.

Rydel's Pov

Ross won't stop staring at Ellen, I can tell he really likes her. He wasn't even like this with Courtney.

Ross was holding Ellen's hand and we sat down on the couches in the living room, it's a really beautiful apartment in the top of a hotel.

It gets to 11:30 and we're all quite tired so we go up to bed.

We all went upstairs and got into our rooms. Mom and Dad in one room, the boys in another and then me, Emma and Ellen in the last one. Our room is huge and I flop down on the massive water bed.

Ellen, Emma and I all have a water bed each and Ellen looks pretty amazed. I looked at her confused and she said, "I've never seen a bed this big before!"

Ross knocks on the door and asked if everyone's dressed, we giggle and say yes and he walks in.

He went over and wrapped his arm around Ellen and said, "Hey babe, did you bring pyjama's with you?"

She looked and him and said, "Yes Ross because I bring my PJ's with me to every concert I attend. I forgot to ask my mum to leave my things at the venue!"

He asked me if I had any spares and I went into my bag and gave her a blue vest top and plaid bottoms, and a onesie for Emma.

Ross kissed Ellen on the cheek and said, "I'll let you get them on and get some sleep." He went out of the room and closed the door behind him.

We got into our pyjamas and got into bed. I sat in bed talking to Ellen and Emma for probably 2 hours and we're already really close, it was like a slumber party.

I just hope Ellen and Ross continue, he really does deserve her and she deserves him.
