Ellen's Pov

We all woke up and got changed for our busy day ahead. We all wore our hoodies, which
wasn't actually intentional but pretty sweet.

We got breakfast and then Ross, Riker, Emma and I got into the car. Ross and Riker put a blindfold on Emma and I. Riker started driving and we drove for around 10 minutes and then Ross opened the car door and took my hand.

He slowly walked me down quite a steep hill for what felt like forever, but it was probably only five minutes. He told me to take my blindfold off, and when I did I was looking out on my local beach which I missed so much. There was a picnic blanket laid out on the beautiful green grass.

The blanket had plates and cutlery set out on it and a picnic basket at the front. We sat down on it and he poured us both a glass of fizzy flavored water. His perfect blond hair was flowing in the misty Northern Irish wind. Typically, it is absolutely freezing at the beach because we're right at the coast and Northern Ireland is always very cold anyway.

We sat and just stared out at the waves hitting the sand below us. Ross opened the picnic basket and we have a sausage roll each, because he knows I'm weird and don't eat cold sandwiches.

We sit, eat and drink while looking out at the beach. We finish eating and he gives me that smirk he always gives me when he wants something. He stands up and rolls his trousers up past his ankles and takes his shirt, hoodie, shoes and socks off. I only roll my jeans up because Ross regrets basically stripping  immediately, because it makes him freezing, which is insanely cute actually. I run down to the sand and go into the water.

The cold sea against my toes gives me lots of memories of when I used to do this with my Mum when I was younger. Ross and I just stood there, holding hands and standing in the sea. It was a really sweet moment and I'm so happy he did this for me.

We stood there for a while longer and then I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned around and saw Riker and Emma standing holding hands, I'd kind of forgotten that they were here too because I was so happy with Ross. Riker told us to follow him so Ross went and folded up the blanket and put it in the picnic basket.

We walked  for a few minutes and got back to the car, Ross left the basket in the trunk of the car and we continued to walk for a few minutes until we got to a beautiful forest with fresh green trees and beautiful bright flowers. We climbed over a huge fence and further into the forest. The scent of trees and soil followed us as we continued to walk. We finally arrived at an incredible waterfall I've never seen before.

I've lived here for 15 years and I never noticed just how beautiful it could really be. But then again, Ross shows me how beautiful everything can be if you view it positively.

Ross started walking down a small slope leading to the stream. He took my hand and I followed him down. It is such a simple waterfall, but there is something about it that makes me miss home. I know that I'm only going to be here for a little while longer and then we'd have to go back with Ross and Riker to see the Lynch's again.

I won't lie, I do miss them a lot but I love my home to pieces and wish I could stay here a lot longer. But Ross means the world to me, so as long as he's happy I will be too. And I love his family so much.

He has this power over me, that when he's sad I feel like I'm breaking inside and so helpless towards him. Recently, neither of us have been upset but when one of is, the other one is too. It's just how the two of us work together. Also, when we're happy, it's like the whole world is peaceful.

We stood, watching the cold water pouring down the rock of the waterfall. Everything was so calm and the four of us just stood there in a complete daydream at how beautiful the view was.

Ross's Pov

Everyone else was staring at the waterfall. But I was staring at Ellen, her perfect long brown hair blowing in the cool breeze. Her brown eyes glistening as the dim sun hit them. I couldn't help but stare at the perfect concentrated expression she had painted on her face.

Riker told us it was time to go and we all walked back to the car. He's always been the most responsible one in the band, which is a little bit worrying because he's always messing around and pranking everyone, which tells people a lot about the band.

Riker's Pov

I drove us all home and we had a really relaxed evening and then went to bed.

Ross is full of surprises recently, and I'm pretty sure that this trip today wasn't the last plan he had to make Ellen happy.
