"Duncan?"

"Yup?" Duncan questioned popping the p as he edited some videos.

(Y/N) and Duncan have been dating for years now, it began in high school .Duncan was the one to ask but was shy at first however, (Y/N) welcomed him with open arms. Duncan fell in love with everything about her. Her (E/C) that would sparkle when she talked and get (H/L), (H/C) that would get everywhere in extreme winds. Even when she'd get really angry and stressed out at random times he still found it strangely beautiful...

"Im board,"She mumbled cuddling the hamster which Duncan had brought at Comic Con.

Duncan swirled around on his chair to face her with a bemused look,"Then challenge me to do something...anything"

Something seemed to click in her but Duncan didn't notice. Due to her sudden silence he only raised his eyebrow curiously ,"I, (Y/N), Challenge you Duncan to ignore me for the rest of the day"

Duncan's smile suddenly went like his heart was suddenly broken,"B-But-"

"No butt's allowed not even your butt,"This made Duncan chuckled as he watched her stand and leave the room only stopping in the doorway,"But if you succeed you will get the most amazing prize ever"

The next day came quickly and Duncan practically ran into the office to find (Y/N) . For a moment he became worried as she didn't seem be here yet and she was always in the office before Duncan. Then he saw her in his room.

Duncan sighed a relief seeing her sitting there but something seemed off with her just sitting there in a chair next to his. That was her special chair for when they recorded random vlogs together. That made them the current OTP in the office and that OTP was shipped the most.

"Hi"She quietly said as Duncan placed a kiss on her cheek.

"Hello,"Duncan said in a jolly manner making (Y/N) smile lightly.

They were silent for a moment until (Y/N) broke it,"Duncan?"

"Yup?"He said in the same manner as yesterday and any other day they spent together.

"Suppose you were sitting with me"She began seeming in deep thought.

"Like now?"

"Yeah like now, and suddenly someone came in saying that the phone was for you... You stand up and go promising you'll come back , but when you answer the phone the person is a relative of mine calling to give you the sad news that I had passed on... Would you still come back to me?" There seemed to be a hint of fear in her eyes which Duncan noticed and made a confused yet frightened face.

"W-What are you saying-"

As if to answer his prayer Lewis came in looking completely broken and afraid.

"Um Dunc?"He questioned sounding unsure,"Um (Y-Y/N) ... Um she's..."

"Lewis she's right here"Duncan chuckled pointing to her. Lewis' face was suddenly filled with confusion as he began shaking his head furiously.

"Duncan (Y/N) is well... Dead"

Duncan's smile instantly flattered ice again as he watched her leave the room not even touching Lewis.

That was when Duncan noticed a small note where (Y/N) was sitting with the hamster next to it. With shaky hands he picked it up and read it trying not to burst out into tears.

Duncan, 
By the time you read this I'll probably of passed away. I'm sorry I never told you Dunc I just didn't know how to. How was I to tell you that I've had lung cancer for the past two years? I mean I don't even smoke or drink it came randomly.
That amazing prize I was talking about? Well that was my eternal love and you did it ! Now you only have to do it everyday until your time comes to.
Can you tell the guys that I'll be okay because I'm strong remember.
Do you remember when we would play music and what ever song came on we'd do random a random dance for it? Yeah I missed that. Do you remember how we'd have date nights at your place and we would just cuddle on your sofa and you would suddenly attack me with kisses ? An although I begged you to stop you never did? Yeah I missed that too. Sometimes I wondered if you forgot the world existed back then but that all began to stop. You got so absorbed into work I felt like I was forgotten completely except those moment when you'd say 'hi' when you saw me in the office. You know why I was always in the office before you? I would try to mess up your computer but I'm not exactly good with computers. Even Sam tried to help me because he knew how desperate I was but you managed to fix it you genius.
Even though you did all of that o forgive you. I just forgive you Duncan Jones and I still for you my eternal love.
Even if you move on, get married , have kids , I'll still wait for you. I'll still wait for your dumb, wavy, blonde hair as your sparkling, blue eyes just to pop out of nowhere. I'll wait for your stupid sense of humor and your weird dress style. I'll wait for your stupidly attractive voice. I'll wait for you you stupid, weird , dumb human. I'll wait for you no matter what your flaws are. Although I'm not by you, I'll always be with you.

Duncan slowly shook his head standing up continuously saying 'No' or 'this isn't real'. Duncan barged past Lewis and began to run down the hallway which (Y/N) went down but she wasn't there. He continued to run down the stairs as people looked out of their office to see what was going on.

Lewis suddenly began to panic as he ran after Duncan as people began to ask and question what was going on.

When Lewis reached the doors leading outside and barged past everyone Duncan was running across the road. If only he didn't break down right there would the truck not of hot him...
