Lewis X Reader - Incapable

For MelodyWing88577 ~ Part of this was inspired by the song above by a band which my friend told me about~

" Xephos give it a break"

When he was set on doing things , he would never give up . He was going to make a robot that looked humanly possible. There were others but they failed, left to rust in the corner or the room or casually walking around YogLabs without a purpose. Eventually they'll break down in the middle of the hallways and the large , mechanical bots that clean YouLabs will pick them up and properly discharge them, never to be seen again.

"Pass me a fabricator?" Xephos completely blanked his friends words who were worried about him.

Duncan sighed, heavily as he turned around to grab a fabricator which was located on the other side of the room as Honeydew just stared at his friend sadly.

Two testificate's rushed into the room, holding metal objects in their grasps.

"Mr.Xephos," Ine of them spoke up with a somewhat quiet tone due to the fact that their superiors were all in a room together," We've brought the titanium plates you asked for "

"Did you follow the shape?"

"Yes sir "

"Texture ?"

"Yes , sir, both the bottom and top sir"

"Have you sprayed it with the temporary, white, matt paint?"

"Yes sir"

"Put it in the desk next to it," Xephos stood up after being on his knees for a period of time, tying to get the one knee to function properly .

"I thought they all had the same design,"Honeydew commented, looking up at his friend as he quietly took the fabricator from Duncan's grasp.

"They did," Xephos' words were somewhat cold as he opened a part of the skeletal structure of the robot before him and placing it inside, quickly wiring it to the robot itself ,"But I thought I'd change it up," He turned to his friends who were gloomily looking at him, without a purpose," Now if you'd excuse me I'd like to finish up. I'll be sure you will be the first two to see it in action"

The first attempt was a failure - A black like substance fell from its lips and it shit itself down .
Second attempt was a failure- Steam instantly came from its mouth and its main circuit blew a fuse.
The third attempt was the charm. Nothing serious happened. Sure it's walking was slightly off but it had just been made so it was all new to this. He had finally accomplished something.

"Is that it?" Duncan pointed at the robot looking strucutre that was walking directly by Xephos' side ," He actually made it"

They quickly approached him as the brig besides him looked at the coffee machine in full curiosity .

"So this thing creates the substance coffee?"

"It's meant to but it has been somewhat broken for years"

"I shall add it to my data base"
